* Guest Limit: There's a maximum of 6 guests allowed. If you plan to have more, please inquire before booking your reservation.
* Late Checkout Fees:
* An unauthorized late checkout incurs a $50 fee.
* If an unauthorized late checkout exceeds 1 hour, you'll be responsible for that day's base rate.
* You will be responsible for reimbursing the host for any refunds given to subsequent travelers due to your late checkout.
* Gardener Schedule: The gardener visits every other Friday around 9 AM for approximately 20 minutes to mow the front and backyard.
* Events:
* Small events are welcome, with a maximum capacity of 15 people.
* Event fee is $400
* All third-party vendors and caterers must have their own liability insurance.
