Ground Floor, beachfront and poolside...Step straight from your private patio into paradise! This ground-floor condo offers the best of beach and poolside living. Nestled in a family-friendly low density 7-story complex, this vaca comes with complimentary beach service from March to October. This includes daily set up of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as use of either a kayak or paddleboard for one hour each day of your stay. You'll also love the unbeatable convenience of being just steps from the sparkling pool and a 30 second board walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of America. Outside of the summer months, the pool is heated ensuring year round enjoyment.
Inside, soak up the bright, airy living space with cozy furnishings, washer, dryer and a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need for a comfortable carefree stay—perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. You can't get better than ground level. It is so convenient to get back and forth from the beach. You can also easily watch or conversate with anyone at the pool from the patio since it is literally less then 10 feet away. And, no need to wait on the elevator or wander down endless corridors because you are already there. Loading and unloading are also a piece of cake as the unit entrance is right by the parking garage.

Complimentary beach service is provided each day of your stay from March through October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. Simply notify the beach attendant of your unit number and go pick out a spot. There is also a pontoon boat at Ft. Walton Beach Yacht Basin that is reserved and rented to guest of Island Princess only. This is, of course, based on availability and must be booked 24 hours in advance. This is an absolute must if you are planning to visit Crab Island.
