Dottie’s Folly is located in the popular Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This spacious private home is located in a quiet residential area, across the street from a park with beautiful fountains, playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, baseball field, and half mile walking trail. You will be one block from busy Main Street where you will find popular Shag Dance Clubs, restaurants and ice cream shops, arcades, and shopping for souvenirs and specialty items. Take a short walk to Ocean Boulevard and the beach. So close to everything the area has to offer but in your own home away from home. You can relax on the front porch or on the back deck overlooking a private pool. Your beach oasis awaits you.

THE HOUSE

Enjoy the open living space downstairs. We have a sofa and chairs in the living room that is open to the dining area that is open to the kitchen. Perfect for families! The kitchen has modern appliances and is fully stocked. There is a Keurig Coffee Machine (bring your K-Cup Faves!). You can have a snack at the large kitchen bar or a family dinner at the dining table. Smart TV's are in the bedrooms and in the living room: Login to and stream your favorite shows.

We have one king room with a chair that coverts to a twin, one queen room with a chair that converts to a twin and one queen room downstairs. Yes linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) are provided.

The bathroom downstairs has a shower/tub and double sink. The washer/dryer is also in this area. The bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub and sink Yes we provide the following toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste. We also have an outdoor shower.

Enjoy sitting on our front porch or on the back deck overlooking the pool. Perfect place to.sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening glass of wine.

The pool is great. Private! and heated! What else needs to be said. Look in the outdoor “little house" for towels, noodles, beach chairs, wagon, and soft drinks in the little fridge.

We are a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Motorcycles are not allowed anywhere on the property.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property and be onsite for the visit.

NO SMOKING in the home.
