Paratiisi ja vertaansa vailla oleva ylellisyys odottavat sinua! Upouusi, räätälöity yksikkömme (kauppa päättyi juuri syksyllä 2012!) Siinä on 10 jalkakattoa, päivitetyt LED-älytelevisiot, 3 isoa makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyä. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on kuninkaat, kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 täyttä ja olohuoneessa on queen-size-vetäytyminen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma hyväpalkkainen kylpyhuone, ja käytävällä on puoli kylpyamme. Keittiö on gourmet-kokin unelma laajoista graniittitasoista, ruostumattomista laitteista, mukaan lukien valtava SubZero-jääkaappi / pakastin, viiden polttimen kaasuliesi, uuni lämpenemislokeroilla, Ninja-tehosekoitin / prosessori, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja Keurig VUE kahvinkeitin. Tuotemerkkeihin kuuluvat mm. Viking, Wolf, poreallas ja SubZero. Märkäpalkissa on myös erillinen jääpalakone ja viinijääkaappi, ja yksityisessä pyykärissä korkealaatuinen etulaskuava HE-pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Parvekkeella on ulkokeittiö, jossa on huippuluokan kaasugrilli, jotta voit keittää saalisi onnistuneen syvänmeren kalastusseikkailun jälkeen! Mutta jos se ei ole teekuppi, rentoudu vain parvekkeella (sinulla on valintasi: ulkosohva, ylempi pöytä tai kylpytynnyri!) ja nauti uskomattomasta näkymästä Perdido Passiin. Saatat jopa saada delfiinejä, jotka kurkkuavat Persianlahdella, kun nautit aamukahvista tai ilta-cocktaileista! Älä viivytä ... todellinen unelma loma odottaa!

Swanky orange beach get away

This condo is exceptionally tastefully decorated. The owner was friendly and helpful. The common areas and pool were fantastic.

Loved this condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

A relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place. 25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

Perfect in every way

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place, and we already can’t wait to go back. Location- perfect Amenities- perfect Cleanliness - perfect Accessibility - perfect Owner - perfect Unit - perfect We have absolutely zero complaints about this unit. Fully stocked kitchen Beach towels provided Beach toys provided Washer and dryer Comfortable beds CLEAN Appliances up to date Will definitely try to book this unit EVERY time we go in the future. I won’t be surprised if there ever is no availability. Literally the perfect condo.

We checked in, upon entering unit we could smell mildew. The smell was coming from the kitchen area, mostly in the area of the sink and dishwasher. The cabinets around the dishwasher were warpped/damaged from water damage and were still moist. The ice maker was broken and had leaked along the baseboard. Water damage was present there as well. We were told by the owner that the icemaker would be fixed but that never happned. He said he had to buy a new one and that it wouldnt be there for a couple weeks. The smell in the masterbath was unbearable at times.(not necessarily the owners fault because it appeared to be sewage vapors coming from the drain in the shower. Im assuming this is a building issue) This is not our first visit to Turquoise Place. We have stayed in 3 other units and experienced the shower drain issue at times in those units as well. Overall, the unit was clean and was consistent with what the online pictures showed

This was a wonderful, and relaxing place to stay. Owner is great to work with.

I can't express enough how nice a place this is to stay. The balcony was our favorite place....beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Several mornings we saw dolphins from our balcony. The higher chairs on the patio are very comfortable and allow you to see over the railing. Being able to sit out on the balcony every morning and drink my coffee while looking at the ocean never got old. Mosquitoes are horrible back home but here on the 25th floor we could sit outside anytime a day without worrying about being bitten. Hot tub is an awesome addition even in the summer...we used it several times at night. Having the grill on the deck was also a nice convenience. The entire place is furnished nicely with conveniences like a stand alone ice maker that we could fill our coolers up with. The master shower is large with a bench. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. The owner was professional and worked with us weeks before our vacation...talking to us on the phone about places to go and things to do. He even checked on us making sure we arrived safely and that everything was in order when we checked in. You are located close to many good places to eat and shop if you want. Getting to the beach is an easy walk from the back of the building. If you get tired of the beach there are a couple pools, a lazy river, and gym with a steam room and sauna. I would highly recommend this property if your looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to spend your vacation!

Beautiful condo, amazing views and the owner was a joy to work with

This is a spacious, luxurious vacation home away from home and the owner has added special amenities that make you feel as though you really are enjoying someone's home. The views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom are spectacular and having the casual seating on the balcony to enjoy sunrises and afternoon wine was an amenity that we haven't found in any other vacation home in Orange Beach. The hot tub is tucked away so that privacy is assured while still enjoying the view. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The only thing we hadn't anticipated needing to bring were paper products such as disposable plates and cups to use on the balcony. Also, plan to bring or buy plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The master bathroom is a thing of beauty and the photos don't do it justice. Having 3 1/2 bathrooms was a convenience that will spoil you for all other vacation homes. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plentiful and excellent quality and there was plenty of closet and dresser space for a long or short stay. Rob, the owner made the planning process so easy and made sure everything was to our satisfaction on our arrival. He was even available by cell phone when I had a question during our stay. He isn't local, but you wouldn't know it. He was on top of every detail. In short, our vacation was seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that this lovely condo offers. When we compared other condos that we have rented over the years, this one topped the list, both in amenities and the owner's ease of service. There are less expensive units in Turquoise Place, but you get what you pay for and this vacation home was worth every dime that we paid.

Great place to stay

The property was is great shape and everything worked. I stayed here for week and it was a great time. The property manager was quick to respond. I hope to stay next year in the same unit as it was such a great time.

Wonderful place, beautiful views

Check-in was easy. The cleaning service was finishing as we arrived. We had no issues, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly. The place was beautiful, and the views were amazing! We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful Spacious Condo - Exceptional Communication

The pictures in the listing of the condo didn’t do it justice. It was much more than we anticipated... beautiful, spacious, well appointed, stunning views of the beach, and easy access to parking, amenities, and the beach. Owner was very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions/concerns.

After vacationing all my life on the Emerald Coast, and coming close to buying a place several times in the past, we decided to buy at Turquoise Place.

We fell in love with Turquoise Place the first time we drove by it. Its sleek design, luxury amenities, and ideal location were second to none. The grill and hot tub on the patio, the afternoon on the lazy river, the saltwater indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and huge state-of-the-art fitness centers just put it over the top for us. We love it and look forward to coming back every time!

No other place on Orange Beach can offer the amenities that Turquoise Place offers. We love waking up and watching the sun rise from the balcony, taking long walks on the powdery white beach looking for shells, eating fresh baked oysters for dinner at the Cobalt, grilling our own fresh-caught fish on our private balcony, getting fresh Royal Reds from Blalock's, jumping the waves with the kids at the beach, and taking a relaxing dip in our private balcony hot tub before bed. We love it all.
