A plush king-sized bed with butter soft sheets and way too many pillows (lol) ensures you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep!
Our thoughtful amenities including a "tinkle room" for convenience but pristine public restrooms are about 30 steps away.
Start your day with a COMPLIMENTARY breakfast in your Cabin and cup of Joe on the spectacular river view patio!
On property you will find so much to do and see, biking, fishing, hiking, UTV/ATV trails right out your front door! Horses, chickens, geese and turkeys as well as âMr. Bigâ the Peacock wander about. The hot tubs await at 104 degrees and there are free natural hot Springs approximately eight miles away as well!
We offer tons of amenities as well as special event planning (we do have an event center here as well) and would love to help make your special occasion unforgettable!

I fell in love with this property the moment I saw it. It sits on 22 peaceful acres with the Sevier River running right through â itâs quiet, wide open, and absolutely beautiful. I love waking up to the sound of the river and the views that never get old.
One of my favorite things is being able to hop on a UTV or ATV and ride straight out the front door onto endless trails. It feels like youâre in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nature and open sky â yet Walmart and everything you might need are just 15 minutes away.
For me, itâs the perfect mix of adventure and peace, and I love sharing that feeling with others who come to stay.
