This rental is in a great location, and in terms of logistics (access, communication, etc) was top notch. All of the reviews were Exceptional 10s, so I had high expectations. However, there were two issues. When we entered there was a very strong deodorizer smell (you could almost taste it, it was so heavy). By day 2 and 3 that smell turned into a strong sewage smell coming from the bathrooms I believe. Clearly the deodorizer was attempting to mask it. The other issue, is that the second bathroom is through a utility room. Not a problem in and of itself, but we discovered that while we were watching TV one morning, someone must have slipped in through the back door into the utility room to start some laundry. A few hours later, they slipped back in to put the wet clothes in the dryer. That was unsettling, mostly because we didn't know in advance that we were actually using a shared space. Good thing we weren't naked coming out of the bathroom when they were washing clothes! :D
