Located in the heart of Santurce, the apartment offers quick and easy access to key areas such as Ocean Park Beach, Condado, Hato Rey’s financial district, La Placita, and the Tren Urbano. You'll be within walking distance or a short drive from restaurants, cafes, shopping, and cultural hotspots, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.

Please note: The property does not offer private parking. However, guests typically find street parking available around the premises.
The client must leave the locality in the same way in which it was delivered. If the guest doesn't take the trash out/or leaves dirty dishes, an extra cleaning fee of $75 will be charged. The house towels are for internal use only. Do not use personal drying towels to clean areas of the apartment. A $10 fee will be charged for each missing towel. Any broken or damage item with a value o $45 will be charge through the Airbnb Resolution Center. A full inspection is performed before and after reservation.
