Adorable condo, perfect location.

The condo was so comfy and adorable. We felt right at home! Nice group of people at the pool, which is clean and beautiful. There is plenty of visitor parking, plus you get a designated parking spot. 5 minute walk to whitecap beach, a clean and beautiful beach- a Texas hidden treasure.

Location was great! Close to beach.The condo was smaller than what we are used to. Parking was challenging. The spaces were tight. We have a Double Cab pickup. Our spot was not close to our door, and it took us several trips to unload. There are several steps up to our door, and we were trying to avoid that as it makes it difficult to unload our gear for our stay. Other guests backed their vehicles into the parking and blocked the sidewalks.

Great property

We stayed for a weekend at the property. It was very comfortable and very clean. The condo is an easy five minute walk to the beach. It was well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and kitchen accessories. The pool and hot tub were convenient and very clean. We will definitely come back.

Pretty pool, close to the beach.

It was adequate. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too full for me. Lots of extra pillows in the closet. For me it was cluttered with stuff, decorative pillows on the bed unwashed, cabinets were a hodgepodge and unorganized. Front door was constantly sticking, and hard to open. We were asked to launder towels, bedding, and start dishwasher before check out. Take out the trash. The trash I get and had no problem with. But upon arrival the dining table dirty and there was trash in the bedroom wastebasket. There was required cleaning fee. The pool is very nice, and it is close to the beach.

More than expected...

Very last minute trip, searched thos location based off family recommendation who was also staying in this complex. We had never used Vrbo so was not sure what to expect. We were so very pleased! Booked maybe 7 days before stay, 2 days before pur visit we received a very detailed list of accommodations, definitely helped with the planning/packing. As soon as we walked in, we were so happy! Obviously clean, well kept! Kitchen equipped with anything we could possibly need, restroom had so many extras (loved the makeup wipes, could have left mine at home), plenty of extra bedding items. Kids loved the sleeper sofa, we loved that we could easily see them from our room. The beach items available for us were used and much appreciated. The clubhouse amenities were awesome! We even enjoyed an evenimg of fishing at the fishing hole, caught a few fish. All in all, we absolutely loved the stay! Very convenient for a family of four. We hope to visit again! Thank you!!

Average condo rental

Had to wait 40 minutes to get access to the condo. Called and text owner and received no response. Called customer service and they were not able to get a hold of them either. Found out later she was out of the country. The owner should have provided condo access information before they left. The condo had a spider web by the front door. Condo was old and outdated. There was also a brown stain on bed spread that look like feces. We found ants also in the condo. The kitchen could have used a deep cleaning. The dishwasher had food stains on the front. The condo was close to the beach which was a positive. Our overall expectations were not met compared to the money we spent to rent the condo.

Great stay

This was a wonderful condo that had everything we needed and they paid close attention to detail of things you could possibly need while on a vacation at the beach. The location is awesome being right across from the pool, clubhouse, and pond you can fish in. We would def stay again!

Summer long weekend

Cozy, comfortable and convenient condo on the Gulf. We stayed three nights and could easily have stayed twice as long. We love staying at the Beach Club, but usually come with the entire family. This one bedroom is ideal for a couple like ourselves who really wanna be close to the pool and the beach.The furnishings beds, linens towels were all very nice and the kitchen, although a little small is well equipped.Noemi was an excellent host and a great communicator. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Awesome place and stay

We stayed at the condo for a week. It was lovely and clean. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The host was in touch with us and easy to teach, although we didn’t need to -there were no problems with the unit. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely stay there again.

Well Equipped Condo

We have stayed at this complex several times in the past. The experience this time around was so much better. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The unit was very clean and quiet. Location to the pool is very convenient. The condo is within walking distance to the beach. King sized bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay at this unit again.

Property needs some updating

The appliances are marginal, washer clicks, dryer barely works, stove has to be turned way up to work. Light bulbs were out. Different sofas than shown in picture. The sofa bed kinda sinks, its worn out. The bathroom smells like mildew. Needs to be checked out. The beach was amazing, but we wouldn't stay in this unit again.

I love this place. I stayed there one summer and fell in love with my home away from home. I furnished it as if it were my home. Now I stay there as often as I can and relax by the beach or in the pool. I especially love my private internet since I use it at all hours of the day and night.

I really like that it is so close to the beach and there is so much to enjoy on the premises like the private pool, hot tub, sauna, workout facility, fishing pond, wonderful eateries close by including Black Sheep Bistro, Dragonfly, Scuttlebutts, Bangkok Star, Island Italia, and more. For great coffee go to Grounded and for great pastry and dining, you must visit JB's German Bakery and Restaurant, all less than 2 miles away.
It's only a 15 min drive to the quaint city of Port Aransas and the city of Corpus Christi is just over the bridge. HEB Plus, Flour Bluff exit and Wall-mart, Waldron exit are just across the bridge for your basic needs and more. There is a CVS on the island with all the essentials. There is even a grocery store on the Island.

I love relaxing on the porch with my morning coffee or with a glass of wine in the evening.
