🏠 House Rules & Safety Guidelines

To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay. Please review these carefully as they are part of the terms of booking:

🚭 No Smoking Inside: Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house.

🎉 Parties & Gatherings: Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund and a fine.

🏙️ City Ordinances: As a licensed short-term rental, all guests must comply with local city ordinances and property rules, which include the following:

🚫 No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are prohibited by city ordinances.
🎆 No Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are not allowed on or around the property at any time.
🔊 Noise Restrictions: No loud noise or use of microphones, speakers, or music, particularly after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM.
🚗 No Street Parking: All vehicles must be parked in designated areas within the property. Street parking is not permitted. No commercial vehicles allowed.
🚙 Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed on the property, per city ordinances.
🤫 Respect the Neighbors: Any disruptive behavior, including racing, revving, or spinning out cars/motorcycles around the property, will result in immediate removal without refund.
Please update your guest count for insurance purposes; additional fees may apply.
When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.
📹 Security Cameras: For your protection, we have 4 security cameras in the front yard and 2 in the backyard covering the exterior of the property.

💦 Hot Tub Use: The hot tub is a special facility on the property. Use of the hot tub involves certain risks, including, but not limited to:

🏊‍♀️ Risk of drowning.
⚠️ Risk of injury due to malfunction.
🦶 Risk of injury from tripping or falling in the hot tub area.
🚶‍♂️ Risk of injury due to unsupervised divers or swimmers.
⚡ Risk of other injuries while using the hot tub or surrounding areas.
📜 Guest Agreement: By staying here, you agree to waive any and all claims against the owner, host, or anyone associated with the property in connection with your use of the special facilities (such as the hot tub). You release them from any liability, including injury, damage, or expense related to the use of the property.

👤 Age Verification: The booking guest must be over 18 and assumes responsibility for adhering to all house rules, as well as ensuring compliance by all members of the group.

📝 Binding Agreement: This house rule agreement is effective for the duration of your stay and is binding on you and any guests, heirs, executors, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf.

By accepting this reservation, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to use the property, including all facilities, at your own risk.
