Welcome to your cozy retreat! This charming 1-bedroom home features warm white interiors that exude comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, while the thoughtfully designed space invites you to unwind and relax. Nestled in a serene area, this retreat offers easy access to nearby attractions, local dining, and vibrant shops, making it an ideal choice whether you're staying in or exploring. Your perfect home away from home awaits!
ADDITIONAL RULES:
I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:
1. £500 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through STRLY. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.
Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.
