- For boating enthusiasts, the estate offers a 500 sq. ft. dock with a 10,000 lb. boat lift, electric/water hookups, and direct Gulf access through the Hendry Creek waterway (additional charge and waiver apply)

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to their Treehouse Suite, along with shared access to the estate's resort-style amenities. These include the lagoon-inspired pool and sun deck, outdoor kitchen, and games room, which features a pool table, slot machines, a candy floss machine, basketball, a large 74-inch TV, arcade games, a bubblegum machine, and a bar. The lawn area is also available for shared use. Parking is designated for the Treehouse Suite, accommodating two vehicles. Both the Treehouse Suite and the shared amenities are secured with smart lock technology for convenient and private access.

Getting around Paradise Island Estate is easy, though a vehicle is recommended to fully explore Fort Myers and the surrounding areas. Ride-sharing services and taxis are readily available for convenient transportation. For those flying in, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Car rental services are conveniently located just outside the airport's arrival hall.

Please be aware that a strict quiet time is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Common areas should be used respectfully.
