Kun saavut kodin ensimmÀiselle tasolle, siellÀ on suuri kaunis graniittikeittiö ruostumattomalla ruostumattomalla laitteella ja kirsikkapuukaapituksella sekÀ merenrantaravintola, josta on upeat nÀkymÀt. SiellÀ on myös oma piha-alue, joka on tÀydellinen grillausta varten. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for meals. The views were amazing and the toddlers loved the beach backyard but we had to contain them to a small area as it had with beer cans stuffed behind rocks, bottle caps, broken glass & cigarette butts. I don't know how you enjoy the fire pit with only lounge chairs to sit on and some of those were broken. When we rented this home it stated it was also beach front there is only the man made beach backyard. There was also an ant problem throughout the house.
Beautiful views but this is the beach back yard with only rocks below. Not beachfront

I will say that I was not happy about the air conditioning. We were all dying. We had every fan on and it still did not cool the place off so unless you change it where we can control the temperature I probably would never stay here again.

Beach paradise!

All of our kids and 9 grandkids came together from as far away as Washington for 3 days of adventure, chaos, and fun! Not only were the days beautiful and the waves great, we were able to access the beach from the backyard during the 4 hours of lower tides. That was a game changer to be able to go to the beach straight from the house. Kevin welcomed us at the house and gave us a showing of house everything worked. We will definitely do a repeat for next year!!!!

Disappointed

I write to address a series of issues encountered during our recent family reunion at your Oceanside property. Our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I believe it's important you're aware of these shortcomings. 1. **Air Condition**: It is a basic expectation that they should be operational. We were left inconvenienced multiple times during our stay. 2. **Oven Replacement**: A major appliance failing and requiring replacement during our stay is unacceptable and disrupted our planned meals. 3. **Lack of Beach Access**: This was the most distressing oversight. We specifically selected Oceanside for the beach experience, with family members flying in specifically for this. The omission of this critical detail in the listing caused considerable disappointment, especially for our elder family members who were particularly looking forward to it. Your photo of the property shows a sandy beach behind the house and that was not the case. Given these significant issues and considering the premium we paid: a) I urged them you to immediately update the listing to reflect the true state of the property and its amenities, ensuring future renters are adequately informed. b) We believe a 50% refund is both fair and necessary, reflecting the disparity between our expectations and reality. THEY DECLINED TO OFFER ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER.

Surprise 70th birthday party - 13 guests

The property was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed watching the dolphins frolic and bonfires with s’mores. We wished we had better ability to open windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor as well as the sliding glass doors on the ground level so we could get better ventilation/breeze and ability to hear the surf! The oven would not heat above 185 degrees. We mostly bbq’d and used the cooktop. Nice kitchen space with more than adequate fridge/freezer space between the kitchen and garage. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Surf trip with the boys

We had a great trip playing outdoor games, surfing and enjoying bonfires. Awesome spot that provides enough bedrooms for all to sleep comfortably.

Beach reunion

Great property, great views, plenty of space and very comfortable for a large group. Air conditioning was fine in the bedrooms but the main living space got very warm on sunny days as the windows didn't open. The beach is not as nice as in the pictures and is inaccessible for much of the day as the tide comes all the way into the rocks. Outdoor area is great and kids had fun in the ocean once the tide went out.

We truly loved that this home fit our family and all of their needs. The kitchen facilities were amazing. However, the bathroom need updating.

Easy to book, check in and out. This home was more than we expected, 3 story home with oceanfront views and a private beach. Large beautiful kitchen fully st ones with everything you could ever need. Counting the days until we return.

Our stay

There were 2 rooms that had broken windows meaning a huge gap to let in the cold air .. we were staying at this property when it was windy and cool! We were also planning on having our children play with the fosball game that was pictured in the house on the website but when we arrived there was nothing! So needless to say the kids (& parents) were all disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi Beachfront! This is our second time staying at one of your properties. Just wanted to provide some feedback on this house. Of course, we know we are paying for the view which was LOVELY. But I wanted to let you guys know that the house was not very clean at all when we arrived. The floors were all very gritty, and the overall feel was not very clean. The bath tub downstairs has bleach stains in it which made me feel gross giving our boys a bath down there. Also, we showed up at 2:00 & the cleaners did not finish until almost 2:30.With how much you guys charge to check in early, I would expect the cleaning to be done on time. So that was really disappointing. It was raining that day too so we were all stuck outside after a very long drive waiting for them to finish. Not cool. Also, the very downstairs bedroom on the bottom floor leaks water from the outside REALLY bad. I have pictures. Lastly, not having cable is disappointing too. It would be nice to have cable to be able to watch live sports instead of trying to stream. Overall, we had a great vacation but I'm not sure we would stay at this particular property again.

Our one month stay at 1919 S Pacific in Oceanside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start by saying that Beachfront Only Vacation rentals service is amazing. They are incredibly helpful and responsive and make a vacation stay so much easier. Although the property is well maintained, there were issues that we believe renter should know about. We personally were not happy that two bedroom were added after we rented the property taking away what was a first floor enclosed "patio" which meant one had to use stairs to get to the outside patio on second floor. We also did not realize that the beach level bedroom and bathroom did not have an inside staircase. The high tide and difficult beach access hampered our stay - especially with young children.

Never Again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this "beach house" several times over the last 10 has always been our favorite, until this year. The owners/management decided to remodel so they could cram more guests in. The remodel was not only unprofessional and incomplete, but it completely ruined the layout of this once beautiful house. To top it off, there is no access to the beach anymore. The water line now comes right up to the rocks and you are unable to spend time on the beach. It is now an "ocean view" house....not a beach house! As I said, we've stayed here multiple times but this year it was run down and dirty. The outdoor furniture was filty. The pull out couch had filty, blood stained sheets on it. We were sooo.... disappointed this year. We won't be back to this property.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying with Beachfront Only annually for the past 9 years and we love it. Unfortunately, however, i would have to say the quality of the homes has gone down. A lot of maintenance issues. The microwave wouldn’t work. As soon as two things were running in the kitchen the breaker would trip. If someone was showing upstairs, the 2 bottom showers would have zero water pressure. Literally a drizzle. There was hairs and weed left between the couch cushions...which would mean they only vacuumed the surface of the couch. My son had the steps break on him as he was walking down them to the lower level of the house. Like crumble under his feet, a good 9 inch by 2 inch chunk. Had that been an older person or a child, someone could have seriously injured. Then i noticed all the steps look like they had done the same thing and had just been cemented back on. Thats an accident waiting to happen.
