Located just a skosh outside of the resort gate, this Litchfield by the Sea condo offers a top floor end position with peaceful woodland view from the private screened porch, cozy living area, full kitchen, and access to all resort amenities â perfect for the budget-minded traveler.
The popular community pool with lazy river, play plaza, hot tub and bar is nearby but a world away. The beach is an easy walk with scenic views along the way. If transporting your favorite beach provisions is a necessity, take the car. The beach is barely a 2-minute drive with parking at the access way!

Take a drive a few miles north along Ocean Highway 17 to the forested state park entrance where visitors will fall under the enchanting spell of the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and marshlands.
Only a few miles away as well is Brookgreen Gardens, another local treasure. Brookgreen displays world renowned sculpture amidst acres of lush gardens and majestic oaks and offers miles of walking paths through what once was a working rice plantation. It is also home to the only accredited zoo on the Carolina coast, where you will see rescued native animals in their natural habitats.
The Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach area is known locally as the Waccamaw Neck. Pawleys Island, known for its âarrogantly shabbyâ character, encompasses Litchfield but has its own beach â and island â where it splits away from the south end of Litchfield Beach. The relaxing ebb and flow of the tide sets the pace of our Lowcountry coastal region of South Carolina where getting on Island Time comes naturally.
Outdoor activities are a great way to experience the unique beauty of our area.
