Tämä moderni mökki (lyhytaikainen vuokra-ajokortti MCA # 681) on sekä kodikas että kevyt, ja suunnittelija koskettaa kaikkea. Astu ulos edessä olevalta patio-ovelta kahdelle valtavalle kansiolle, joista on näkymä renile-seitsemän mailin Manzanitan rannalle. Asiakkaat voivat nauttia toisen kokoontumisalueen yksityisyydestä perhehuoneessa, jossa on mukava suunnittelija koskettaa ja HD-TV: tä, suuria säilytyskaappeja kaikkiin vaihteisiin, uutta etukuormaus- ja kuivausrumpua sekä lepäävää pysäköintitilaa ja viihdettä.

The cabin is ideally situated across from the beach and within walking distance of a variety of village restaurants and shops. The multilevel floor plan allows enough separation of space to promote privacy while simultaneously providing multiple indoor and outdoor space for communal gathering. The house is well stocked with cookware and linens plus a washer and dryer. It was the perfect middle meet up for our families from Alaska and Georgia.

Great house and location. The driveway is really steep and my car couldn't make it down without scraping, but there are parking spots out front so it wasnt an issue. Very clean, nicely decorated with a good assortment of kitchen equipment. Fantastic view and beach access. We'd definitely book this house again.

Perfect cozy cottage right by the beach! My group of ladies really enjoyed our time here. It's close enough to town to walk to grab lunch, but on a quiet enough street that we felt we had privacy. Beds were comfortable, bedding was quality, including the bunks!

Bigger than we realized from orig seeing it from street.. so well stocked and organized.. love the set up of things... fantastic views... kitchen had everything we needed.... Be carefull getting into the big shower..mustve been some cleaning residue...very slippery but after that.. no problems/fantastic..those heated floors in there...super lush...Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!!Fantastic view

Between Holidays Break

The house was as listed, better than photos appeared. It was a very well equipped kitchen, overall the house had all we needed to for a lovely visit. It’s a great location for easy access to the beach, the views were spectacular, unfortunately being at street level the view was blocked from time to time by vehicles parked on the beach side of the street.

Close to the Beach

The cabin was just okay. The communication from the property manager was not very warm and friendly - lots of rules and regulations for the stay which seemed a little over the top. We thought being right on the beach would be a nice perk but you end up with a ton of cars parked basically right outside the front door and people walking by constantly. The listing claims it sleeps 10, but 6 of those beds are bunk beds in an open room with no door. The furniture is all kind of cheap-looking. The kitchen is described as "gourmet", but it also wasn't very well stocked. Over priced and hyped for what it is, needs some updates and a refresh inside or some personal touches to make it feel a bit more inviting.

Perfect 4th of July Trip!

What a fantastic property right on the beach in Manzanita. The cozy cabin is spacious, modern, light, and wonderfully laid out. My wife and I and my 85 year old dad stayed in the two rooms upstairs - and having two bathrooms upstairs worked wonderfully also. My two young adult daughters stayed downstairs in the bunk room. There is a large bathroom and nice living area down there which we didn't really use but would be wonderful if you had a full house or a bunch of kids staying downstairs. All in all...the house is fantastic! Our favorite thing was just enjoying the beautiful ocean views from either of the two patios. We cooked in, barbecued and enjoyed meals out as well. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather which helped as well. It was cold enough a couple of the mornings to enjoy the wood fireplace which always adds to the ambiance and feels so cozy! This was definitely one of our favorite VRBO's ever. Absolutely recommend! Would be fun any time of year. And we just loved Manzanita so much! Such a quaint, peaceful and beautiful beach town - much calmer and more beautiful in our opinion than Cannon Beach, Seaside, Gearhart, etc. Can't wait to be in Manzanita again sometime!

If you want a great place to stay with the ocean right out your front door this home is great! Has all necessities you need, super comfortable beds and wow that view is amazing!!

Terrific Space

We loved the view and modern feel of the big living-room/ dining-room/ kitchen area. Bathrooms roomy and clean, beds had good linens....kitchen well equipped in terms of pots etc (but do bring your condiments and firewood) It was great to be able to walk 5 minutes to town.

Rained while we were there and there were numerous spots (1 in kitchen, 2 in bathroom) where the roof was leaking. The kitchen counter was all wet and dirty from the leaking.

Perfect spot for relaxation and play

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Loved the openness of the layout and the easy access to the beach. The bunk room downstairs provided a nice space for the kids.

Across the street from ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was wonderful to sit on the front deck mesmerized by the ocean with a glass of wine in the evenings. Main Street Manzanita is just a short walk away. Access to the beach is right across the road (easiest close path was just to the right as you face the ocean, next to the doggie cleanup bag station). Sometimes we were disappointed when cars parked directly across the street right in our view of the ocean, especially as we were on the deck waiting for sunset but of course they had every right to be there too. One thing to be aware of if anyone has mobility issues is that you need to use the spiral staircase if you're locking up (or unlocking at re-entry) as the main door is lower level. Though we didn't use the area downstairs, there's a great bunk room and wonderful bathroom down there plus family room that would be great for the kids. Again, keep in mind the spiral staircase is used to get up to the main level so may not be great for very young ones. Would stay here again :)

A place in Manzanita

We found this home perfect for our family to stay in Manzanita. It was a beautiful location, with a view we couldn’t stop enjoying. The house had everything we needed to enjoy breaking bread with family . We enjoyed the short walk to town for some groceries, lunch, or candy.

I'm Kim Bergstrom. My husband, Eric Bergstrom, have built on my father's dream of owning a beachfront house on the Oregon Coast. We now own three, and much to my husband's dismay we continue to grow. We purchased our family beach house from my father in 1996, and have thrived through sweat equity - most people think of us as rather crazy, but we've taken something we love to do and are making it our second chapter in life.

We enjoy taking properties with potential and great location, adding a facelift without removing the character, and introducing them to our expanding group of guests. Our latest endeavor is a turn of the century three story house which will sleep 20. We put a lot of thought and work into each house, and luckily have found guests who love the results. Like many of our guests we've come to know over the years, we hope you also come to think of this special house as your very own vacation home - without all the work!

With deep ties to the Manzanita community, we've watched this house over the years. Put up for sale, it needed love and attention, from the weedy front yard to the small windows and precarious route to the side deck. Kim and her daughter saw the potential and convinced Eric to join in the fun.

There definitely was a learning curve for all - by the end of the project we could have written a book detailing the fun and craziness with remodeling a cedar log house. With big windows and decks to take advantage of the beautiful setting and gorgeous ocean views, opening up smaller rooms to big open areas, designer touches here and there -- well, we invite you to see the results. Or check out our reviews. Our regular guests, and new guests, have awarded us great feedback. And every happy guest makes the experience worthwhile!

We've finished our remodel and are now open for guests. Spend your next vacaton at this newly remodeled oceanside house on one of the most famous Oregon beaches. Add front row seating to the July 4th fireworks and it's the best location on the beach!
