Tilava 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuonetta 4. kerroksessa huoneisto sijaitsee suoraan rannalla. Nauti kauniit valkoiset hiekkarannat Emerald Coast. Rentoudu tilavalla 30 m²: n parvekkeella, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle. Täydellinen keittiöuudistus valmistui helmikuussa 2015 - Uudet kirsikan viimeistelykaapit, uudet laitteet, uusi graniitti työtaso istuimilla, uusi ruokapöytä / tuolit, uusi valaistus sekä monet uudet astiat, lasitavarat jne.

Laaja uudistaa valmistui tammikuu 2014 - Molemmat kylpyhuoneet uusittu, uusi matto makuuhuonetta, koko huoneisto juuri maalattu, uusi makuuhuone huonekalut, uudet TV: n ja kattotuuletin!

Ilmainen WiFi. Makuuhuone (Uudet huonekalut tammikuu 2014) king size-vuode; 42-tuumainen kaapeli-tv; uusi kattotuuletin; pimennysverhot; liitteenä kylpyhuoneessa uusittu tammikuussa suihkukaappi / double turhamaisuus
Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta; uusi kaapeli-TV / DVD; uusi kattotuuletin. Toinen kylpyhuone äskettäin uusittu tammikuussa 2014 kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä lasi suihku ovet, yksi turhamaisuus, on ovi pääsy toisen makuuhuoneen luoda toinen sviitti.
Olohuone on uusi 60 tuuman HDTV DVD; uusi kattotuuletin; Queen size vuodesohva; pimennysverhot. Täysin varusteltu keittiö (mukaan lukien pienet kodinkoneet, Keurig K-cup-panimo, 12 kupin kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, sähköpuristin jne.) Täysi koko pesukone / kuivuri huoneisto. Liinavaatteet / pyyhkeet kalustettu.

(1. maaliskuuta - 31. lokakuuta) - kaikki yöpymiset ja viikoittaiset vuokrat sisältävät ranta-asennuksen (2 tuolia / 1 sateenvarjo) - 32 dollaria. 00 Päivittäinen arvo.

Breakers East sijaitsee Destinin sydämessä, kadun toisella puolella Big Kahunan vesipuistoa. Kävele pikaruokaravintoloihin ... mukaan lukien Pizza Hut, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins ja Subway. "Track" sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä huoneisto ... kuuluu go-kärryt, minigolf, arcade, puskurin veneitä, benjihyppy. Sadepäivinä Rave elokuvateatteri sijaitsee Destin Commons ostoskeskus tai keilailu kulmassa Mathew Blvd. Lähellä golf, maailmanluokan ruokaa, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, purjelautailu, delfiini risteilyt, ja paljon muuta.

The Perfect Spot!

This is a great unit. We have traveled to the area for 20years & this is the best equipped kitchen. Well maintained and very spacious! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place and easy access to the beach. We chose a cooler week unfortunately so we couldn’t get enjoy sitting on the beach the entire time but when we could, having the two chairs reserved for us was the best.

PRISTINE!

Such a beautiful, well appointed condo. All of the little touches of home were greatly appreciated. From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the beautiful library, games, dvd's.......nothing has been missed. The only suggestion that I would make is to make the balcony a little more comfortable furniture wise, but in all of my years renting condos on the beach, this one takes the cake! We will definitely be booking our next stay at ASAP!

Was surprised that there was no detergent to start the towels on our departure. Maybe that is normal but in all of our other stays at the Breakers there has been at least a small box ofdetergent to start a load of towels as requested.We felt bad for the owners though because the elevators were still a problem and I understand that they had to spend some of their investment to update them. Hopefully that situation will be resolved soon.

The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

The only negative is the entrance to the condo location. With traffic, it is difficult to exit and enter. If you turn into the condo next door (Jade East), the is no way to cross over into the Breaker’s East property. There is a serious need for a crossover from the Jade East Condo’s to the Breaker’s East driveway.

Clean and comfortable place to relax

Great location, Beautiful Condo

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!
