Our home is just 3 minutes from Boulevard Avenue, where you'll find an array of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, and more. We're also conveniently located:
- 8 minutes from Punta Salinas Beach
- 12 minutes from Isla de Cabra
- 25 minutes from Cerro Gordo Beach
- 14 minutes from Parque de las Ciencias
- 10 minutes from the highway, making it easy to explore San Juan
- Nearby shopping centers and grocery stores for all your needs
Property Features:
This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, solo travelers, and business travelers. Enjoy a spacious living room and dining area, perfect for relaxation or entertaining.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house.
Distances & Transportation:
- 28 minutes from San Juan Airport (SJU)
- 27 minutes from Condado & Old San Juan
- 5-10 minutes from Cataño (Bacardi Tour & ferry to Old San Juan)
- Uber is available in Puerto Rico (Lyft does not operate here)

Neighborhood Guidelines:
This is a residential area where many local families live and work. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially on weekdays.
House Rules:
No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside, but please keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering.
Towels are provided for up to 8 guests. Let me know if you need more, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
A first aid kit is available in the house if needed.
TV & Streaming:
All four smart TVs are connected to the internet. To access streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, you’ll need to create a Samsung account. Don't forget to log out of your accounts before checking out!
