First: It was unclear which apartment corresponded to 203A 12th Street Southwest, since the legal address for "A" was 1200 Park Ave SW. Second: Upon entering apartment "A," there was a horrendous odor, discovered it was the garbage disposal being full of spoiled food. Third: The dining room lighting flickers or dims, and the switch in the Blue bedroom closet does not work. Fourth: The heater does not operate, and the air conditioning is as loud as a wind tunnel. Fifth: The shower doors in the SMALL bathroom come off their tracks, and the shower was unclean upon arrival. Sixth: There is no vanity or space for personal items in the SMALL bathroom, which is too small for an average-sized person. Seventh: There are no dishcloths or washcloths in the kitchen. Eighth: There are no trash bags for the kitchen or trash cans in the bathrooms. Ninth: The TVs needed to be set up before use. Tenth: Many women's underwear items were left in the dresser in the Blue bedroom. Last: Only three wine glasses were provided, and the dishes were may not be microwave-safe.
