Views of lagoon, tidal marsh leading to ocean & palmetto dunes golf course from your private terrace. Best of all, a short walk to the beach via our private boardwalk. Located mid island with great amenities-Indoor heated pool, hot tub & tennis. Close to supermarket, Shelter Cove shops & restaurants.
The space
Closest to the beach and pools, We are located in Building 1 in the Hilton Head Resort. Hilton Head Resort is a gated community, located mid island. Building 1 is the closest building to the beach and it houses our main pool (outdoor main pool is heated in the spring & fall). We are on the first floor, and literally a one minute walk to the pool and a 7 minute walk to our beautiful beach over the boardwalk. Private Beach Access.

VILLA FEATURES
-Our villa is fully furnished. Nicely decorated in a beach theme, you will enjoy our light and bright Villa with all the conveniences of home and an amazing view!!
-Master bedroom has a newer Serta queen size bed, dresser, New Roku smart TV, closet and a master bath. Master bath has a tub with shower, sink with granite countertops with storage underneath.
-2nd bedroom has a newer twin and a double bed, dresser, new Roku TV with closet. Main bath is right across the 2nd bedroom and that has a walk-in shower, granite countertops with storage underneath.
-Full kitchen with all essentials-pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glasses etc to prepare meals. Dishwasher, oven and full sized refrigerator. Drip and Keurig coffee maker and toaster and blender included. New microwave over stove (not pictured)
-55 inch Smart TV (roku) in LR. Pull out newer Queen Sofa bed. Cable TV and free WiFi included.
-all newer linens and pillows
-The best thing we love about our villa is our VIEW! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on our private terrace looking at our pond with a fountain, the golf course, and our protected marsh that leads out to the ocean. At night, you can actually hear the sounds of the waves.

-We supply fresh sheets and bath towels, with a starter kit of toilet paper, roll of paper towels, soap and dishwashing soap.

-No animals or pets allowed. No exceptions.

**3 Night Minimum stays during Prime Season-June thru mid August.

-Check-ins are 24/7 service. Our front security gate is always manned so if you arrive very late-no worries!

Hilton Head Resort is an ocean front gated community with a 24 hour guard house located mid island and close to everything. We are a mile away from Krogers Supermarket (with a Starbucks), Whole Foods, and Shelter Cove. Shelter cove has many restaurants, shopping, and a marina where you can enjoy the boats coming in and out of the bay. Coligny plaza is just a 15 minute drive and we are located on the main bike path. On-site bike rental or you can bring your own bikes and store them safely at our designated bike storage area.

The resort is located next door to the Robert Trent Golf course. Tangers Outlets is 15 minutes away. The resort is quietly tucked away in the middle of everything, and literally just 5-15 minutes away from all restaurants, bike trails, and mini-golf.

With so many amenities, you never have to leave the resort! Guests have access to all 4 buildings and free amenities which include:
-Building 1- Outdoor heated pool, bar/grill for light fare and cocktails and mini convenience store. Bathrooms are by the pool.
-Building 2- Sun deck, a badminton court in the interior courtyard and a serene fountain with gardens for those that want to enjoy some quiet time.
-Building 3-Indoor heated Pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, game room, and running track and bathrooms/showers. Amenities in Building 3 are opened year round.
-Building 4-Newly resurfaced lighted tennis courts and a smaller outdoor pool.

-The resort has its own private boardwalk to our gorgeous beach, our own Coco's bar and grill located right on the beach to get drinks while your on the beach, and a volley ball area.

-Bring your Bikes or rent them right onsite at our resort.

-The Beach Bear restaurant located by the main pool and Coco’s beach bar and grill are opened from March-October.

-Seasonal Golf cart shuttle that runs regularly from March-October 31st to the beach.

-Grills and picnic tables are available to use by building 4

-Guests must by 25 or older to rent the villa.

-Resort Rules- There is absolutely no pets allowed at this Resort.

The Villa is clean and tidy upon your arrival and we provide clean sheets, towels, a starter supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, bath soap, and dishwashing soap. We have Krogers supermarket a mile away if you need to buy additional items.

We do not provide beach towels - please do not forget to bring your own beach towels to use on our beautiful beach :)
