Lomamökissamme on isÀntÀ (king-size-vuode), josta on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle / rannalle ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa iso vaatekaappi / muuttuva alue. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa (queen-size-vuode) on samat upeat merinÀkymÀt ja se toimii "toisena" makuuhuoneena. Kolmas makuuhuone lapsille koostuu kahdesta kerrossÀnky-sarjasta (4 erillistÀ vuodetta) ja kierreportaat parvella, jossa sijaitsevat 2 erillistÀ vuodetta ja ulosvedettÀvÀ parivuode. Koko lomalla olevalle perheellesi on riittÀvÀsti nukkumamajoituksia, joissa 2 parilla voi olla omat huoneet ja lapsilla omat vuoteet. PÀÀmakuuhuone / kylpy-sviitin ulkopuolella on tÀydellinen kÀytÀvÀ, kylpyhuone ja pesutupa. Pohjakerros koostuu liian kokoisesta olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja den-kaikista, joista on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle. Keittiö on erittÀin suuri ja hyvin varustettu kaikilla tarvittavilla ruoanlaitto- ja leivontavÀlineillÀ. Tarjolla on hotelliluokan pyyhkeitÀ uimiseen ja rannalle. DenissÀ on 42 tuuman LCD-televisio, jossa on Net-Flix ,, DVD-soitin, ja siinÀ on CD-soitin. Villa tarjoaa Wi-Fi: n. Kolmannen kerroksen patio, joka on lÀhellÀ 400 neliömetriÀ. (osittain peitetty) tarjoaa istumapaikat kaikille nauttiaksesi Rinconin kauniista auringonlaskuista. Myös ensimmÀisen kerroksen patio grillausta varten. Suuret huoneet ja runsaasti makuutilaa sekÀ upeat nÀkymÀt merelle / rannalle pÀin olevaan huvilaan tekevÀt tÀstÀ ominaisuudesta todella ainutlaatuisen. Lomakoti sijaitsee Punta del Marin rantakylÀn 145 hehtaarin yksityisyhteisön sisÀllÀ, jossa sinÀ ja rakkaasi kokevat lepoa ja rentoutumista, hiljaista aikaa ja rauhaa, kodin siisteyttÀ sekÀ lapsesi mielenrauhaa. ovat turvallisia ja lÀhellÀ. Vuodenajan vuorovesiallas mahdollistaa nuorempien uima-altaan uimarannan huolehtimisen siitÀ, ettÀ rannalla kaatuu suuria aaltoja. On pari korkealaatuista boogie-levyt nautintoa varten. The property was spacious and clean. It was beachfront and the roof top terrace was perfect. Tim and his wife were very helpful and quickly receptive to any questions or concerns.We all enjoyed our stay and we rate this as the best trip stay yet to Puerto Rico and this was our 4th. We had 3 generations and enjoyes snorkeling, paddle boarding and more! Rincon is only a 5 minute drive. The Art Walk was wonderful! The beach was incredible!We will cone back!

Private Beach, Amazing Amenities — Perfect for Familie

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would absolutely recommend it for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway in Puerto Rico. The property is nearly a mile off the highway behind a security gate, which made it feel private and safe — perfect for morning walks. The private beach was a highlight: quiet, serene, and nothing like crowded East Coast beaches. At low tide, you could walk for ages before seeing anyone else.The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and games. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having access to the pool, gym, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts (bring your own gear!). Our family made the most of all the amenities.We also loved exploring the area. We visited several local beaches — Steps Beach was a standout, but we kept coming back to the one at the villa. A heads-up for future guests: most locals don’t drink the tap water, so it helps to know that ahead of time.We booked a horseback ride through Tropical Trail Rides after seeing a flyer in the villa — hands down, the best family excursion we’ve done.Though we had a few hiccups with maintenance, Tim communicated well and made things right. It’s clear they care about their guests. We would absolutely come back and recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable trip.

When can I go back?!?!

I think a true test of how much you liked the property is how you felt when you had to leave.... and I definitely felt sad. I missed it! Now that we are back home, I really miss it. :)Things I loved about it: 1) it was homey and cozy, and exactly how it was described online. It was stocked with beach items, and we were able to cook a few meals with no issues. 2) the 3rd level balcony is AMAZING!! We sat up there every morning with our coffee. And in the evening... and any chance we could. 3) The pool - there would be only 1 other group in the pool with us at any given time. It had pretty views and was a nice set up. 4) Communication with the owners was top notch!! They were very responsive and the guide about the area was so helpful! We ate at a couple of restaurants (Casa Islena and Mi Familia are 100% a must!!), went to a couple of sights (fun at the San Sebastian waterfalls), and to a Gallery Night in Rincon that were all on the guide/or mentioned to us by them. 5) The area is beautiful, secluded, and the neighbors were friendly. 6) Location wise, it seemed pretty centralized. Downtown Rincon is a short drive away. We headed down the coast to Cabo Rojo one day, another day we went horse riding in Isabella. I'm already thinking about when I can return. ;)

We had an incredible stay. The beautiful beach is footsteps from your door. Breakfast walking distance down the beach. Sunsets to set your mind a wondering and night time star gazing that will have you asking where have these sunsets and stars been all my life. Kitchen has all you need for cooking whatever your heart desires although I recommend finding the local fish market in town. It was a persons house but they were really nice and the fish selection was excellent. Take note on the recommendations they provide when book as there are some great adventures in there with some helpful tips like bring your own bags to the grocery store. We rarely stay in the same place twice but the family really wants to go back next year to explore more. The Thursday Arts and Crafts festival is a must. Thanks for the incredible stay!

Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a wonderful week here. The location is a stones throw from the beach with a great tidal pool that our 4 year old loved. The Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Tim’s recommendations and great communication made our trip smooth and easy. We enjoyed surfing with Rincon Paddleboards and dining at Casa Islena. We can’t wait to return!

Great location

This is a comfortable property with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach. Pool was nice with a great view of the ocean. Good location, close to downtown Rincon, and not too far away from Aguadilla, where there are nice surf beaches.

Wonderful place! Very very close to the beach with great views

Our family of 6 (4 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great access to the beach. It's literally 30 seconds away. You can see the ocean from the bedroom windows. We came to surf and we were not disappointed. We visited at the beginning of January and had a wonderful surf all week right out in front of the villa. You have access to the entire complex with a community pool and a nearly private beach. Not a lot of people coming to this beach unless they are staying in these villas. There are a few sandy spots, but the majority of the coastline in front of the villas is reef. But walk 15 minutes down the beach in your due to Sandy Beach that is great for swimming. Kids loved exploring on the beach and finding coconuts. The loft above the bunk room is also a great hideaway bedroom. Overall this place is great. Had everything we needed and then some!

Property and location were excellent. Only complaint is the constant loss of water pressure while showering. Otherwise, perfect location, plenty of space. Beautiful, PRIVATE beach, quiet and safe neighborhood. Less than 10min from downtown Rincon.

Rincon Vacation Punta Del Mar

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico. The property was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet place perfect for our family. The villa is steps from the beach. The owner had some great restaurant information and we did visit some to include Casa Islena and The English Rose. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Peaceful Paradise Stay

Great stay in beautiful huge villa fully equipped. My wife and I saw sunrise and sunset almost every day with long walks on the beach. Nice pool and security team at complex super friendly and helpful. Crash Boat beach is a wonder and there is great food. Thanks Tim, Margaret and Kenny for great advise and awesome communication!

Maggie and I met on a Long Island beach when we were just teenagers in 1986. We both grew up in New York and raise our family there. We celebrated our Silver Anniversary in July of 2011. We have a couple of terrific children, I inspect buildings for a living and Maggie drives a school bus. When we're not working, we love to get away to our future retirement home in Rincon where we've got the pleasure of making some real nice friends over the years in and around our Puerto-Rican home. We enjoy getting away from it all whenever we can on one of those nightly JetBlue flights from JFK straight into Aguadilla-then it's only about a 25 minute drive to our vacation home's front door.

After several years of traveling the Caribbean in search for a vacation home, our search led us to Rincon, Puerto Rico where the weather is terrific and swimming in the ocean during any months is great. To wake up and immediately view the ocean/beach for the bedroom is truly a paradise on earth.

Ocean views are present form the master and second bedrooms along with the living and dining rooms. Our villa is located in the first row of buildings along the seaside in this gated community. You can walk down the beach to Casa Islena or Tamboo/Beside the Pointe (10-15 minutes). Located along a stretch of beach known for some of the best sea-glass collecting anywhere.
