The Space:

Inside: A cozy, all-wood interior welcomes you with thoughtful details throughout. The main bedroom features a handcrafted king-size bed and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. Upstairs, the loft offers a 75” Smart TV, board games, and plush seating for evenings together. The kitchen is fully stocked for meals at home, and the living area is perfect for unwinding after your adventures.



Outside: Step onto two spacious decks to take in sweeping mountain views and the soothing sounds of Cove Creek. Soak in the private hot tub, cook on the grill, share stories around the fire pit, or stroll down to the creekside picnic area for a quiet meal by the water.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the cabin, decks, hot tub, fire pit, and creekside area. Keyless entry with a secure code ensures convenience and safety throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Cove Creek Overlook is located in tranquil Wears Valley, a scenic area tucked between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Here, you’ll enjoy a true mountain setting while still being close to top attractions, shopping, and dining. The Smoky Mountains National Park, hiking trails, and scenic drives are all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended. Roads and driveway are fully paved, with a turnaround area for easy parking. Guests can also use the Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley or the free Gatlinburg Trolley. Rideshares and private shuttles are also available.



Other Things to Note:

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step confirms your identity and payment details. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this is complete. For security, the door code will only be shared once your info is verified. If we need anything else (like an updated photo ID or signature), we’ll contact you directly.



Occupancy:

Maximum 2 guests. Please include all guests, no matter the age, on your reservation.

On-Site Private Parking:

Flat parking for 2 full-size vehicles - Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. Smart TVs are located throughout the home. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing home cooked meals. Coffee bar with Keurig (drip and K-Cup) included.



Laundry:

An on-site, private washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for use during your stay.

We provide travel-size shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, dishwasher pods, and coffee supplies. Please bring or plan to purchase any extras you may need. Additional items can also be requested through our guest app.



Pets & Service Animals:

No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted local pet boarding options.



Smoking & Vaping:

No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.



Guest Requirements & Security:

Primary guest must be 25+ years of age to book. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras are located at all entrances and parking areas. These are used only for security, occupancy, and no-pet policy enforcement. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in private areas. The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.



Refunds:

Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
