The house is a great value and was comfortable for our family getaway. March's weather wasn't very pool friendly, but it didn't stop me from doing a polar plunge!

Spring Training Getaway

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 college aged kids to attend a few Spring Training games, play Top Golf and visit the PHX zoo. Great and safe location with easy access to the many restaurants and attractions in Scottsdale area. It was early March so too cold to use the pool but the back patio and yard was nice for a BBQ and relaxing. The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with both before and during our stay.

Spring break in the sun

This was a great location, within 10 minutes from everything in Scottsdale. We used it to house our entire family and kids friends for spring break. It was our first experience with VRBO but it won’t be our last. The price per night was extremely reasonable for the location and home. The pool was cold but the kids tried it anyway. Michael was very accommodating and gave us some advice for dining in the area

Great location & home

This home is really great. It has its own private pool with a fence around it for safety, and a completely enclosed yard with grass (which can be hard to find in AZ). Not to mention the location is great. Michael (the owner) was more than accommodating, he made sure to get back to me within 10 minutes of me texting / calling him. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend the house to others.

Lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath with two living and dining areas.

My family had a nice time at this property. The master bedroom was a good size with a large walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. The master bathroom shower had a large window which let in natural light, but was slight private. The two other bedrooms were smaller, but were fine for my kids. There are two large living room areas, one formal dining area and a breakfast nook. The kitchen was well equiped and even had some basic food supplies, like coffee, seasoning, and oatmeal. The house was clean, decorated nicely and everything worked. The wifi especially was easy to set up and worked great. The pool wasn't heated, but we didn't ask to see if there was a way to turn up the water temperature.

Very nice three bedroom house

This was a great house and location. The group was three middle age men in Scottsdale for a golf trip. The house is nice, clean, convenient, and we will stay there next year if it is available.

Great house, well appointed, fantastic location.

My family and I rented this for a week on a vacation. We were travelling with two young children, two parents, and grandma. The area was very quiet, and is a great spot in Scottsdale, which is a pretty fancy area. We did not use the pool, which is not heated, as it was March and not warm enough. Though, it looked good, and was well kept. The pool has a great fence around it, with a latching gate. The gate latch was high enough and the fence sturdy enough, we had absolutely no worries about letting our two and five year old girls play in the backyard with light supervision. Also, it was very easy to keep an eye on the kids in this house. The master bedroom, 2nd bath, kitchen, and living room, all have a great view of the back yard and patio. That was great. The house is well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen. The laundry worked well, and there were paper products in the pantry. Likewise, there were enough towels and linens, which were clean. The owner did communicate well, though I think he prefers the phone, and I prefer email. We had no issues booking, contracting, or getting keys/etc. on arrival. Everything was as advertised, and more really. The only matter worth mentioning is the water pressure, or lack thereof. The house is recently renovated, with a great kitchen, nice sinks and countertops (all stone), and nice shower heads. Just don't try to use any faucet in the house while taking a shower, as it can't be done. I don't know if that's common in the area or just this house, and it was very easy to work around. But I mean that literally, if you brush your teeth while someone else is showering, the sink being turned on will basically shut off the shower. We had a bit of fun seeing if it was one faucet, or all, and it's all. Apparently, there's just not much pressure to be had - so plan your dishwashing, laundry, and showering at separate times, and you'll be fine. All in all, this house was great, well appointed, as advertised, and the property manager was easy to work with. We heartily recommend this property.

Arizona is the break we needed.

Nice place. Too cool to swim, but coming from snowy Chicago for 4 days in the Arizona sunshine was just what we needed.

Great holiday week

We really enjoyed this residence which was comfortable, had all necessary amenities, was well priced and close to everything that we needed. We enjoyed daily walks through neighborhoods with great parks and lovely views. The home was private and the surrounding area was very quiet at night. We were only a 15 minute drive from relatives in Phoenix due to close proximity to the freeway. Would highly recommend this home for families.

Baseball Spring training week in Phoenix

We rented a lovely 3 bedroom home for a week instead of using a hotel. Our children joined us for 3 days. Stayed in North Scottsdale and found the location was fabulous. So many places to eat and movies and easy access to the 101 loop to drive out to the ball parks. We are already talking about next year! The owner was very helpful in telling us where to shop and find things. We will absolutely do this home rental thing again.

This is the best location in Scottsdale. 5-7 minute walk to everything you may want to do. This home is newly renovated with granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. Very spacious living room with large sectional couch and a separate family room next to kitchen. Split floorpan for privacy and access to a beautiful backyard and 2 car garage.
