The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it is relatively compact in size and does not have a pull-out bed.

- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee will be assessed)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability
