The home offers a two-zone heating and air conditioning system, manual/motorized window shades in the great room and sunroom and ceiling fans for year-around comfort.

You will find a well-stocked kitchen with marble countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, quality dinnerware and cookware and an island with seating for two. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six. The step-down great room hosts a propane fireplace and OLED smart-television with a 5.1 surround-sound system. The great room/kitchen/sunroom offers music streaming speakers accessible through AirPlay. The laundry room provides a full-size washer, dryer, and freezer. Located just steps away from the kitchen and great room is the jewel box of the home, its sunroom which offers breathtaking views and access to the expansive deck. The deck offers lounge seating for six, a barbeque, four patio umbrellas, and a double chaise lounge. Doors located in the dining room and laundry room offer access to the large lawn area where a croquet set is provided for your enjoyment.

(Although the shower is very private, some may wish to pull-down the exterior shade for added privacy.)

The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed with luxury mattress and linens. The home’s second bathroom is located just steps away from the guest bedroom (and great room) and features a curbless shower.

Internet speed test results: Download Speed 41.03 Mbps and Upload Speed: 2.01 Mbps (average of three tests conducted February 2025 using an online speed test).
