DOLLAR POINT, 2 master makuuhuonetta / huomioiden SKI LEASES

Suuri järvi LOCATION. Kesällä nauttia yksityisestä HOA allas, tenniskenttä, uimaranta ja laituri. (HOA: n 10 euron maksu per henkilö per päivä veloitetaan omistajan erikseen.) Meidän Dagger Kayak on käytettävissä. Meillä on pingispöytä, Ipana liukumäki ja suuri kannella istuimet. Kaksi grilliä - kaasulla ja puuhiilellä. autotallissa on toinen jääkaappi.

Tämä lapsi ystävällinen koti, tarjoaa kodikkuutta mökki, mutta mukavuudet uudempi kotiin. Kaksi makuuhuonetta mukavat king size-vuoteet tekevät siitä ihanteellisen kaksi tai useampia perheitä nauttia. Kolmas makuuhuone on queen-vuode ja neljäs on parivuode ja kerrossänky, joka muuntaa vierekkäin kaksoset. Jokaisessa huoneessa on ylhäältä patjat, jotka takaavat suuret yöunet.

Keittiö uudistettiin kesällä 2016 ja siinä on kuusi polttimen kaasuliesi, hiljainen astianpesukone, täysi uuni ja pesuallas. JA konvektio / mikroaaltouuni. Siellä on myös kahvila, jossa on Breville-kahvinkeitin.

Kesällä se on lyhyt kävelymatka allas ja tenniskentät tai se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä rannalta (paljon käytettävissä pysäköinti) ja laituri crawdad kalastukseen tai jättämättä matkustajia veneeseen! Sateenvarjot, BBQ-kaivokset ja uimapinta-alueet sekä piknik-pöydät tekevät siitä erinomaisen paikan viettää päivän.

Loistava suksi LOCATION. Talvella - minuutin päässä seitsemän hiihtokeskuksissa, kuten Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows ja Northstar. Murtomaahiihto, lumikelkka tai lumikenkä ja sitten pää takaisin käpertyä puulämmitteisen uunin eteen. Tasainen ajotieltä, johon mahtuu useita autoja.

Family of 9... gives a high five!

This was our first trip to Lake Tahoe. The property was everything the listing shows to be and more. The location was perfect for all the hiking, biking, shopping, and beach activities around Lake Tahoe! Donna was more than gracious with answering emails and giving suggestions of things to do while visiting the lake area. Everyone was able to shop, hike multiple trails, see waterfalls, paddle board and kayak on the lake, mountain bike, and enjoyed a ropes course! Vacation 2019 was a huge success! Thank you Donna!

Awesome, well equipped home with very responsive and helpful owners!

We had an awesome stay at this property and found Josh and Donna to be incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive. The home was well appointed and perfect for our group (a few families with young kids). The bedrooms were nice sized and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need and dinners out on the deck every night were spectacular. Having the Roku in every room was ideal as access to Netflix for our young kids made movie nights super easy! I can't say enough about how amazing the owners were. They were super attentive leading up to our trip and the one small issue we had (second fridge in the garage wasn't working) was solved IMMEDIATELY. As in, Josh sourced and drove a new fridge to us within hours of reporting the issue. We were shocked - it was above and beyond. Dollar Point has the best beaches, best pool - really a terrific vacation for families and this home was a perfect place to call home for the week. We'll be back!

What a beautiful home!! Great for family's

We all really enjoyed our time at this property, we went up Super bowl weekend with two family's; My family of 5 (3 kids age ranging 13-23) and my brothers family of 4 (2 young kids 3/5) and all of us had a spectacular time. The house is just the right size for everyone to have their own space yet still have the togetherness and family time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to whip up a super bowl spread, our only complaint was someone put a way a lot of "dirty dishes" so everything needed to be rewashed before use, not a big deal at all. We are hoping to make this a ritual and spend every year at this house. There is a perfect little hill in the back for the kids to sled and build snowman. We all really enjoyed our relaxing time. Our host was very responsive, we hope to make another reservation soon, looks like this house would be a blast in summer too. You even get a partial lake view... So pretty

Our family of 5 had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely property!

This is a very lovely home in a very peaceful and relaxing community. Dollar Point is very tranquil in a forest setting, with a short jaunt to the lake. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and gazing at all of the beautiful homes nestled amongst the trees. We spent a very relaxing day at Dollar Point Beach. Our stay was short, but we enjoyed every minute. This home met all of our needs and we felt very comfortable. We plan on returning in the future!

Great spot

Great spot. Highly recommended. Plenty of space - Comfortably stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. Updated kitchen. Very well stocked for the lake. Nice community - pool and facilities were really nice for the family. The private beach was convenient but ended up going to Kings beach because we like it better.

Perfect family friendly home! Clean & tidy with excellent layout

We absolutely loved our stay at this Dollar Point home. It is clean, tidy, and is in an excellent location with close access to the HOA's private pool, park, & beach. The beach was never over crowded and each day we easily had enough lounge chairs for our entire group. Our daughters (ages 2 & 4), loved having their own kid friendly space in the downstairs area and made themselves at home with the ample supply of board games and toys. We loved the gorgeous kitchen which was fully stocked with quality cookware and serving items. The walk-in closets were awesome and the layout could not have been more perfect for our family's needs. Josh and Donna were extremely responsive and helpful. It is evident that a lot of love and memories have been formed in this home and we look forward to visiting again in the near future.

This is a very nice property and very functional.

This was one of the larger properties that was reasonably priced. The kitchen has been updated and had everything needed and more! This was also one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever rented. The outdoor deck was very spacious with lots of sitting for the group. The unit was comfortable and not stuffy. The community pool area that is included with this rental was very nice and includes a lot of grass area for games. Of course the beach on the lake is great with a new very large dock which made it easy to come and go with our boat. The property also has a kyack on the beach which got a lot of use. Plenty of water toys were in the garage and also got lots of use. All in all, we felt the property was correctly represented and was a good value. We would rent it again.

AWESOME

This home was awesome! Beautiful surroundings, and very comfortable. Kitchen is wonderful to cook in with more that one cook - lovely deck to have meals with a big crowd. A great place for two families to share. The access to the homeowners association beach and pool were really icing on the cake. We enjoyed the bocce ball court and the shuffleboard court - great activities to get adults and children together!!!!! Hopefully we will visit this property again!!!!!

Lovely Christmas Get-Away

This is a great home in wonderful, family friendly neighborhood. The kitchen is fabulous! The bed in the main level master was quite comfortable. I assume all the beds are good, but I'm only commenting on the bed where I slept. The house could use more silverware and sharper knives, but the lack thereof did not hamper our celebration. Overall, this was the perfect place for our family Christmas!

Great house in perfect location!

Two families shared this house in late August. It was a great week, and the owner was easily accessible all week. I would stay there again for sure.

Terrific House for Family Thanksgiving Holiday

We loved this house. Dollar Point is such a great location, convenient to Tahoe City and all the restaurants and stores, and the beach is a short walk away (nice even in the cold weather.) The house was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of bedding and towels. The new kitchen is beautiful (and gave me lots of ideas for our remodel - including the wood floor!) and has every amenity you could need. Donna was great about letting us bring our Samoyed, who loved the 1.5 feet of snow that fell Saturday night. We skied at three different mountains so we got to see many of the Lake Tahoe places we love. We have rented many houses in LT and this was definitely one of our favorites - and reasonably priced too. We will be back!

Great and cozy house, great location

We had a great time staying in the house. The house is big, with plenty of beds and space . The beds are comfortable. Very clean, the kitchen has everything. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Great House, easy process

Nice Dollar Pt. Home

Nice home and great layout of the deck for outdoor entertaining. Beds were OK. Bathrooms were satisfactory but a little outdated. Kitchen was satisfactory. I was not overwhelmed by the place but I feel the rental price was commensurate with what we received. It was very clean but does need some sprucing up to compete with other rentals.

Great Place!

This place was awesome! Great beds, clean house, generous sized kitchen, and big bathrooms. Large sofa and TV to relax on. They were very accommodating in having our old German Shepard and young Aussie pups with us. My family and I spent my birthday weekend/Easter here and it could not have been a better choice. Beautiful views of the lake can be seen between the trees and when it snows--which it did!!! :)...the view is absolutely stunning! We will definitely considering staying here again if time allows. We really appreciate the owners opening up their family cabin to us :)

Great place for family! We loved our stay.

Thanks for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time, even our fur baby. The home was just as pictured. We loved sitting on the patio playing games in the sun. There was more than enough rom for our group of 8 to sit in the living room on the cozy sectional and recliners, too. My kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and I loved the protected lawn areas in the front and backyard. It was great for our dog and little one to have a defined boundary to not cross. The BBQ was nice and worked great for grilling and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and items needed to serve a meal. We loved the private beach and had a great time playing volleyball. This is a great place to summer in Tahoe.

Family Reunion at Lake Tahoe's Dollar Point

We planned our family reunion with 6 adults (ages 35-72) and 4 (ages 3-7) children at Lake Tahoe this year and we couldn't be happier! The place was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Having access to the Dollar Point swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, and beach were awesome. It was also nice to be able to take walks and bike rides in the Dollar Point neighborhood without worrying about too much traffic. Our children were participating in North Tahoe Kids' Art Camp and the owners were very accommodating to their schedule.

At first we thought we wanted to be on the West Shore, but when we discovered Dollar Point we knew this was the place for us! The best part is you don't have to deal with the Y traffic. You are minutes from Tahoe City and there is a 7-11 at the Dollar Point entrance. We can't tell you how many times we just needed one small item (or a slurpee) and didn't want to go to town. There are great nearby beaches. We never go to the Dollar Point beach, but explore new ones by car or boat! In the winter we are close to many ski resorts, but Squaw is still our favorite.

The best part of staying at our home is just sitting on the deck and looking at the pine trees. It's so peaceful and has great morning sun with some views of the lake. The kids roam the property and find new 'adventures' everyday. Sometimes they never want to leave.
