With two very close families interested in purchasing a house in Afton, we jumped at the opportunity. What began as a simple venture turned into a learning experience in remodeling, hospitality, and the art of creating spaces where guests can feel at home. Once we completed our first property, "Time to Wine Down," I fell in love with hosting. There was something magical about welcoming guests, making their stays memorable, and sharing the beauty of the area.
That’s when everything clicked, and Pathway Properties was born. What started with one home grew into a mission to provide exceptional vacation experiences and to help others realize the potential of their own properties.
