Welcome to Napili Point C35, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Napili. Spanning 1,059 square feet, this spacious oceanfront retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and connect with the rhythm of West Maui. Perched above the vibrant reef of Honokeana Bay, C35 offers some of the most mesmerizing views on the island—watch sea turtles glide through the crystal-clear water, take in sweeping views of Moloka'i and Lana'i, and enjoy nightly sunsets that paint the sky in unforgettable hues—all from your private lanai.
The first-floor bedroom features a luxurious King bed, clothing storage, air conditioning, and a TV for your entertainment, and is conveniently located next to the main level bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the airy open loft doubles as a second bedroom, offering a plush King bed and its ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Vaulted ceilings and natural light throughout the unit create a bright, breezy atmosphere perfect for families or couples traveling together. The living room is all about comfort and connection—with stylish seating, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and a Queen sofa sleeper for additional guests. Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
