There are stains on the couch and on the walls. There is an accumulation of dust on the ceiling fan globe. The thermostat does not function properly, as the owner has it set at 79. It will only cool at the desired temperature for a short period of time because of the way the owner has it set. The HVAC system is deficient, as the bedroom is much much hotter than the living room (probably 80). The primary residence that adjoins with this unit has a door with a large gap at the bottom, which allows for sounds to travel, such as burping, clapping, loud music, loud television, and drawers opening and closing. Also, the pungent smell of food comes through that same large gap in the door. Upon arrival, the locking mechanism on the door did not work. The garage that is depicted in the pictures is inaccessible due to multiple vehicles being parked in the driveway. The street is narrow and has many cars on it. The actual physical location of the house is not where it is depicted on the map in the VRBO app (the app makes it look like the unit is attached to a 1m house, which it is not. Also, the primary house attached to this unit is not where the host lives. The host does not even live at the primary residence, but rather, it is rented out by very loud males. Every time the door opened at the primary residence (at 445 AM), it woke me up, because the alarm system loudly announces, “door open.” It was so bad that I packed up my stuff and left before the end of my stay.
