Tämä seetripuolinen nykyaikainen koti, jolla on vertaansa vailla ympäri vuoden pääsy ja upeat näkymät, on ainutlaatuinen Brian Head -alueella. Viidenkymmenen jalan sillan kautta pääsee tähän kotiin Ridgeview-vuorenrinteelle. Rajoittamattomista ja upeista näkymistä on näkymät Brian Head -vuorelle, hiihtokeskukselle, Bristlecone-lampulle ja koko alla olevaan Brian Headin kaupunginlaaksoon. Se on kahden minuutin ajomatka kumpaankin päähiihtokeskuksen pysäköintialueeseen. Täysin kunnostettu laajennuksilla 1990- ja 2000-luvuilla, tässä kodissa on neljä makuuhuonealuetta (yksi Master-sviitti, jossa on koristeellinen takka ja poreamme kylpyammeessa kylpyhuoneessa), yksi täysi kylpyhuone porealtaalla, toinen puoli kylpyhuone, olohuone, jossa 42 tuuman LCD-näyttö televisio ja valtava puulämmitteinen takka, moderni keittiö kaikilla mukavuuksilla, parvi / toimisto, jossa on tietokonepäätteet, nopea Wi-Fi ja uskomaton näkymä vuorille, ja solarium, jossa on kuuden miehen kylpytynnyri, pieni kuntosali ja sauna. Pesutupa, jossa moderni pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ja kerrossängyt neljälle lapselle, täydentävät kellaria yhdessä kotiteatteritilan kanssa, joka sisältää kuusikymmentä tuumaa LED-television. Mukana on satelliitti-tv, kolme tietokonepäätettä, WiFi, puhelimet ja internet. Koska talo on monitasoinen, se ei ole pyörätuolia käyttävä eikä sovi liikuntarajoitteisille henkilöille. Se ei ehkä myöskään sovellu joillekin vanhuksille fyysisestä kunnostaan riippuen. Vuokrauksessa on vuodepaikkoja jopa kuudelle aikuiselle ja neljälle lapselle / teini-ikäiselle / pienelle aikuiselle. (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 erillistä kerrossänkyä). Mukana olevien korkeuksien vuoksi on oltava valppaana pienten lasten suhteen.

Lukuun ottamatta alemman sesongin päivähinnan alentamista, olemme periaatteessa pitäneet vuokrahinnat samoina viimeisen kuuden vuoden aikana, ja meitä on siunattu monilla upeilla toistuvilla vierailijoilla.

Great view of the mountain

Our stay here was awesome the cabin has a great View of the entire Mountain from the living room and from a large outdoor deck. Great Wi-Fi which is hard to find in some of these Mountain Rentals in my experience. The only thing that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would be if there was a TV in the master bedroom.

House was in a good location, but very old and run down. You can tell it's a 20 year old home and a rental. I had to have them come and fix the heaters and fireplaces since they were not working. You can hear everything in the house as the walls and doorsdoors are very thin.

Winter stay in Brian Head

This house was great for our family of 6 with 4 teens. Loved hanging out in the living room with the fireplace and unbelievable views. Had everything we needed, cozy and warm, gorgeous views from all around the house, quite street, and a short drive down to Brian Head Resort. I loved how well stocked the cabin was. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! There is a lot of stairs so be prepared for a high altitude work out as you walk all of the 4 stories. The spa was perfect for those sore legs after a long day on the slopes!

Unique Property with Beautiful Views

The location of this property is just perfect! Close to things but on a quiet street with a little bike path that walked through the fields (perfect for morning dog walks). And the view was so pretty!! The property itself is older but was clean and well stocked. It’s 4 floors so you’re doing a bit of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend it for people with bad knees. We arrived when it was dark so my boys got a little spooked discovering the property in the dark (the sauna room scared them to death hah). The indoor hot tub was fun too! Just a heads up, The master bed was soooo soft it smooshed down with no support so my hubby and I ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses. I realize that’s a personal preference not a problem, just wanted others to be aware in case you can’t do soft mattresses. But we loved our stay other than that! The host was very easy to reach and super pleasant! You can tell he takes pride in his house!

Great property and owner

This is definitely a unique house! Our kids loved staying here, using the jacuzzi, it was clean, it’s literally minutes from the slopes! Unfortunately there was a power surge during our stay and the appliances were not functioning afterwards. Rich, the owner, was so responsive and jumped into action. He refunded us due to the fact that we had to vacate. We really appreciated how helpful he was. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice Family Trip

It was a nice place for us & our nephews to come together. Our nephews flew into Cedar City & was a quick 45 min drive to the unit. It was very well stocked. Minutes from the ski lifts. 2 minute drive to Brian Head, less than 15 min drive to Navajo. There were a lot of stairs but going up & down, for me, was good exercise for my knees. Family really enjoyed the place. Oh, btw, the hot tub was a hit.

Almost everything about the house and its location was perfect. The only thing about the house that was a bit of a pain, was the fact that wasn't a bathroom on the bottom level. So the guest that slept down there had to go up and down the stairs, in the middle of the night. And the clean people really need to clean out the big coffeemaker. Otherwise, everyone was very happy.

Great Location

Overall we loved the property and it was wonderful having all my questions answered by our host before I even had the opportunity to ask!! The only areas for improvement were the shower cleanliness (but I’m also notoriously picky about such things so take that criticism with a grain of salt), and the state of the mattress in the master bedroom wish caved in toward the center. The kids loved the home and so did we. Conveniently located near both lifts and the general store. Would definitely book again!

Great View and house

The house was unexpected on every level. There was something on every level that was useful for anyone. From the upstairs loft with a fireplace and desks, the next level was a inviting and comfortable living room, kitchen, wet bar and outside balcony with a nice BBQ and an amazing view. On to the third floor, small bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with a tub and shower and the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, fireplace, very large bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi tub large sink area and a really cool shower with multiple shower heads. Onto the bottom floor, nice big family room with a tv and another room with double bunk beds and a washer and dryer, the small hallway off the room has a really nice sauna, off the family room is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large room with a nice spa and a work out area. It is a really nice house that anyone and any size family or group would enjoy as much as we did. And dogs are allowed, which makes it nice if you cant leave them at home. Rich is a great host for this house with many great suggestions.

Purchased and renovated twice by a Las Vegas resident (originally from New York), manager, wife, two beautiful boys and one infant daughter currently spend their time equally between Las Vegas, Brian Head and Thailand. As the second owner of this 40 year old property, and having called this residence home for many of the 30 years that we have owned this, this is the first time this house has been made available for rent to the public. We have rented exclusively via VRBO for the past seven years with great success.

The property is owned by Russboworld Utah LLC, a registered company in Nevada. It is managed by the owners of Russboworld Utah.

Though presently rarely in Thailand, because of the time zone difference between Thailand and the USA, it may take a few hours for us to respond to your inquiries. We apologise in advance for the potential delay. Usually we can be contacted fairly quickly via cell phone.

Back in the late 1980's, when most homes in the Brian Head area were of basic design and construction, this home stood out as a very unique and modern design. Besides its excellent location within the actual city limits, which offers the benefits of city snow plowing, electricity, city sewer and water, the siting of the home is unique in that it faces the Brian Head ski area directly, with unrestricted and spectacular views of the mountain directly in front, and the Brian Head valley below. With few residences in the area, the location offers the convenience and safety of city access, yet ignores the common hustle and bustle of other housing areas and condo units. A large deck built off of the second level living room has one of a kind magnificent views of the surrounding area, ski resort, Bristlecone Pond, and Brian Head mountain. Few homes in Brian Head offer these types of views of the ski area. When purchased in 1989, the four story house demonstrated excellent build and design quality which was not common back in those days. Two major renovations in 2001 to 2005 led to a redesign of the master suite, with modern Kohler fixtures, showers, and baths, enlarged picture windows, decks, additional rooms, basement renovation, and a complete kitchen redesign and overhaul. An office was installed, four fireplaces, electric and gas heat, with modern appliances throughout. A home theater area was built with a fifty five inch LED television, satellite TV, and Orbi mesh internet.

The ski area, shopping and retail mall, and Bristlecone Pond, is a two minute drive on city plowed streets.

One of the few houses that has an overwhelming unrestricted view of Brian Head mountain. It is one of the few houses with a modern contemporary look. Four stories in height, with a modern staircase connecting all levels, it is a masterpiece of design. Two major renovations have improved the property dramatically. Few residences offer the views of the Brian Head ski resort and valley that this home does. It is a unique residence, basically unmatched in the area. The house is a two minute drive to either main ski resort parking area; one can walk to the southernmost ski slope (near Georg's Ski Chalet and Store) to access the ski area, but it is more recommended to drive the short distance to the main parking areas.
