Come stay at The Fleetwood, where you'll feel transported into a chic,1970's time capsule of art, jewel box colors, and luxurious furnishings. Perched within Nashville's vibrant yet peaceful Edgehill neighborhood, The Fleetwood will make the Music Capital feel like a walkable town, as you find yourself surrounded by shops, cafes, bars, and historic music venues. Keenly crafted for guests with style and flair, this luxury condo invites you into an upscale Nashville adventure you'll never forget.
This unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 connected bathrooms, a living room with modern fireplace and 65-inch OLED television with soundbar. The kitchen is fully stocked, and a nice assortment of coffee, teas, and spices are available to guests. The Fleetwood has a bar station equipped with glasses and mixology tools. You can also enjoy exclusive Crescendo amenities, including a stunning rooftop lounge with panoramic city skyline views, a state-of-the-art gym, a large kitchen, pool table, a heated pool (Starting May 1 until October 2025), and a conference room.
LOCATION: Walkable to Edgehill and Music Row, and 0.9 Mile to Broadway, this location is absolutely phenomenal if you are looking for a tranquil getaway, yet close to all the action!
NEIGHBORHOOD: Edgehill is a safe and quiet neighborhood, walkable to many bars, music studios, cafes (the Well right next door is one of the best coffee shops in Nashville!), shops (bridal shops, Aesop, etc), yoga studios, and music venues (tin Roof, Virgins Hotel, etc), and it only requires a short drive to Broadway and downtown Nashville (5-minute ride, 20-minute walk). This location is perfect for parents with children at Belmont or Vanderbilt, groups coming to Nashville for the first time, musicians coming to record an album, and business travelers, who can enjoy a luxury top floor business lounge and meeting room. Music Row is the vibrant heart and soul of Music City, where you might stumble upon the CMA headquarters, catch a glimpse of celebrities enjoying a coffee, or see Belmont students mingling at their favorite spots. ♫ Luggage storage is available before and after check-in. Please inform your host if you need to store your bags, and we will give you the code to the luggage room.

♫ Building amenities currently open: lounge with billiards table and kitchen, rooftop with skyline view, conference room, and a 24/7 gym.
♫ The pool is open starting May 1 until October 2025, and it is heated.

♫ Building and community amenities are available to all Crescendo guests, therefore we cannot guarantee their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability during your stay. In the event any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we assume no responsibility for these spaces and will inform the HOA of such.
♫ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Guest needs to sign a rental agreement before check-in to receive door codes. You will find a summary of the rental agreement below:
- A guest portal link will be sent to guests after booking. Guests must refer to their guest portal for available upsells, listing descriptions and access, and policies.
- The building does not allow pets
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
- On-site Parking is available free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Additional free street parking and paid parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 12 people allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
