The open concept living space flows into the kitchen, where three seats at the center island provide perfect perches for your flock to keep the family cook company as they put away groceries or prepare meals. This bathroom also provides hall access, and a laundry closet just beside offers a full-sized washer and dryer.

Upper and lower covered porches on both the front and back of the house mean that there are plenty of spots where guests can enjoy the sea air. The upper ocean-facing porch provides lovely views of the Atlantic and a variety of seating from which to enjoy them, including Adirondack chairs and a classic rocker. Other porches provide an outdoor couch or even a porch swing for relaxing! Below the home, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is appreciated when hauling sand-covered babies or fur-babies back from the beach, and a classic wooden picnic table provides a shady area to dine outside.
