All five bedrooms are located on the second floor along with one bathroom with a standing shower. The remaining two full bathrooms are located on the first floor (both with bathtubs/showers). The full sized washer and dryer are also located on the first floor. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a full-sized crib and crib mattress as well as a full bed.

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and to protect the property, hosting gatherings or events that exceed the maximum occupancy limit is not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
