Sea Glass on täydellinen pakopaikka mökki rannalla henkeäsalpaavat Atlantin näkymät kaikki ikkunat, kannet ja parvekkeet. Runsaasti makuuhuone, Viehättävä koti on oma uima-allas, ulkopuolella ranta / uima-altaan oma suihku, langaton internetyhteys, kolme kylpyhuonetta, pesula-alue, ja mukana lakanat loman.

Suuri kannella alue näköala-allas ja meressä rokkarit ja Adirondack tuolit voit katsella lasten rannalla, auringonnousun ja auringonlaskun tai jopa delfiinejä leikkiä. Molemmat päämakuuhuone ovat käsiksi oceanfront kannella ja kuningatar ja kerrossänky huoneissa on oma merenranta parveke sivuilla kotiin. The beach house, beach, and pool were amazing! This was a perfect experience for our family. There were numerous great restaurants close by. This was truly special for our family.

We enjoyed our stay except for 3 issues: the house had not been cleaned when we arrived for checkin (& we weren't early) and we weren't informed in advance; 2 beds did not have sheets on them which we didn't realize until the evening; the pool was very small with a dark bottom so it generally was too hot to use (of course we paid a premium because of the pool).

Best beach trip yet!

We loved our first trip to Emerald Isle, in large part thanks to Sea Glass! This beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations, from the stunning oceanfront views, to the short stroll to the beach. Sea Glass is well-appointed, clean, updated, and in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at this location and it was very beautiful. You can tell the owner has been investing money into the property. New decking, railing, and very clean. The only downside is that there was only 1 trash bin to utilize for the week, but that is only trying to find something for improvement. Highly recommend this location.

Fantastic location

Seven adults found this cottage to be the perfect size and location for our family. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for years and this was one of our favorite rentals. We rarely left the very clean beautiful property, spending time on the beach, in the pool, and on the deck. It was a pleasant surprise to see how short the walk was to the almost private beach. The foot wash station was used multiple times a day and most of us used the outdoor shower every day. We never turned on the TV as we enjoyed the many board games and books you made available. Thank you for placing lights on the stairs and pool so we could move around safely after dark. We really appreciated the labels identifying light switches and kitchen items. The kitchen was stocked with every item we needed; the full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher worked well. The check-in and check-out procedures were efficient due to the excellent written instructions. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Family vacation 2023

First I would like to say the location and layout of this home was fabulous!! However the cleanliness left much to be desired. I am well aware this was a pet friendly rental but to find dog hair on bedside tables and comforters is ridiculous. The corners of all rooms had inch thick pet hair and dirt!! I had to clean all day on our first vacation day just to make myself feel better. I am not usually a negative person but I begged for a simple broom all week. After numerous text about housekeeping issues I did receive $200.00 back for MY housekeeping duties. But never saw a simple broom. We also had to shower outside before dark due to no outside lights on porch or shower area. The maintenance guy came out twice and tried to repair issues with no luck.

We really enjoyed the house. Location was very convenient to everything and excellent beach access. The only issue was that it wasn’t very clean but the owner was very responsive and made their cleaning group aware.

College friends getaway

The place was great. Close to stores and restaurants. The deck and view were incredible. The pool was a nice bonus. There was a little miscommunication with the cleaning company, wasn't cleaned when we got there, but reached out and they came right over. Spotless when they left. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Size of the house was perfect for my family. Enjoyed the pool and being oceanfront. For the cost of this home the owner should provide laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, more toilet paper, and extra paper towels for their guests. For this property to be smoke-free upon arriving at the Sea Glass House we saw cigarette butts under the house and especially in the driveway. The wraparound porch was also a plus!!

Great Location

Great location, wonderful large deck, nice private pool. House was not clean. Large crusts of bread fell off the dishwasher door when first open, broom with pile of dirt near door, cabinet interiors needed cleaning. Much of the pots and pans disorganized. Not one sheet of toilet paper upon arrival. So many beach tubes etc. in laundry room it had to be emptied to use the washing machine and dryer. Cockroaches in kitchen and bathrooms. The lockbox combination difficult to see and use. While the size and location of the home was great, sometimes it is the little...but very important....things that make the stay amazing as well.

Family Getaway

This house was perfect for me and my family. The proximity to the beach made it easier to transport a baby and that goes along with that. We enjoyed the pool as a way to cool off from the heat without going on the beach.

Can't beat the location

You really can't beat the location of this home! This side of the island is more residential, which means the beach is not crowded! There is a playground within half a mile that my 2 year old niece really enjoyed. The grocery stores are about a mile or so away, super easy! The beach access and pool are amazing. Being able to see the ocean from the pool is a bonus for sure. Our family really enjoyed both! The home itself is older, but did what we needed. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. Would more space be nice? Sure, but we didnt spend too much time inside. The home could use some updating, but nothing bothered us at all. And, my pup had a ball. Would I stay here again? Sure! You cannot beat the location and views!

Great location and view but needs safety updates

The location is perfect! The pool and view were beautiful! There’s a few safety concerns: nails sticking up on the deck (we found a hammer to fix a few), poor lighting on back patio and pool- it would have been great to have lights so we could enjoy that area at night. The solar lights provided little light and we almost fell down the stairs outside because it was so dark. Only 2 smoke detectors with batteries in the home. Every room needs a smoke detector, especially in older homes. The doors to bedrooms were very difficult to open/close (made it difficult to leave the room while our toddler was sleeping). There was not a door handle on the master bedroom sliding door. The “high chair” is a small, tall chair with 1 strap around it and definitely not safe for a small child. The size of house, location and view were perfect but a few safety concerns.

Fantastic location, great pool, perfect with pets!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Glass. The location was perfect! The view was amazing from the living area and two bedrooms and is even pretty good from the back two bedrooms. The walk to the ocean is VERY short. The pool is great. It has steps going in and two sitting areas IN the pool! The kitchen was well equipped. Sea Glass worked well with our dogs. (You do need to watch where you walk them because there are briars and cacti all over.) The property manager, Drew, was on the ball! Each of the three times that we texted him he responded immediately. We had a great week!

Old fashion vacation

The house gave off a quaint, old school, cottage vibe. Our family soaked in the view and sun, played in the waves and pool. The tiki shower was a must!

This is our second oceanfront property and love our GEM of a cottage which is why we named it Sea Glass and decorated it like our own home with loving care. We've spent many weeks at EI over the last 25 years and love every minute of our time there---all year 'round---whenever we visit our second home and know you will too!

It's the perfect home for a family or two (or even three if you're not too big!) looking for a quaint beach getaway with the privacy of your own pool, the option of bringing your pet, and being ON the beach with all the amenities that Emerald Isle offers. Stroll the tideline at sunset or pedal your bike to the food-mart on the bike path for early morning groceries or coffee. Lounge poolside or oceanside all week long and take in the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the emerald Atlantic.

This is a unique GEM (just like finding some sea glass on the sand!) that has amazing views all the way around because it sits forward (on a 'piano key' lot) of the surrounding homes. With its private pool, this single-family home (though it is large enough for multiple families to stay!) is the perfect getaway location for a small or large group all year round. Situated at the end of Ocean Drive, Sea Glass is a private and quiet cottage in the Ocean Oaks neighborhood off Coast Guard road in a very desirable part of the island.
