Has Potential....but..... Not Ready for Prime Time
This brand new property needs some full time living experience before it's rented. Has so much potential.
Old BBQ put on new property, and the tank was empty. Had to replace Propane tank just a few minutes after we began using grill. Very frustrating. Water issue impacting majority of bottom floor, two beds, living area and bath on that level were impacted. From 3rd night on during 5 night stay we experienced a water seepage issue on bottom floor. No idea what water source was. Ruined luggage items on floor of closets, and had to tiptoe around that level as water was building from exterior walls through bedrooms and common areas getting progressively worse each day. Also, bottom floor bedroom window was letting in a lot of rain during rain events. Windows were closed and rain was coming in and getting bed by window soaking wet. Kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances and all in working order but no garbage disposal and it's extremely small for home of that size.
1-person kitchen.
Only shower providing hot water was master bedroom ensuite on top floor. All other baths had tepid water at max heat. The house was very clean and mechanically operating short of what was mentioned above. Outdoor living spaces were well appointed, clean, and easy to enjoy. Property location a bit off the beaten path as far as the Arrowhead Lake community goes. Very difficult to walk and bike to Arrowhead community if that is where you want to be. A good distance from golf courses, clubhouse pools, and F&B venues. Need your vehicle for everything.
