With 2 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a Murphy bed in the living room, and an inflatable mattress provided, this apartment can accommodate 8 travelers. Rooftop terrace access is available from May to October.

Created in 1959, the Plaza has been characterized since 1984 by its canopy (glass roof) which was redone in 2019-2020, sheltering the two sidewalks of rue Saint-Hubert over a distance of 1.2 km. It brings together all kinds of shops and services (clothing, shoes, furniture, restaurants, bookstores, photo shop, pharmacy, food, bars, etc.). Public transport: bicycles, metro and bus.
The apartment is located near the Beaubien and Jean-Talon metro stations (orange line) at more or less 10 min walk.
-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.
-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm The number of guests must not exceed reservation.
-This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors. If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:
