The vibrant interior features an open main-floor layout designed for seamless family gatherings. Plush, low-profile sofas, and a smart TV welcome casual downtime before or after the day's activities. The private patio leads out to an expansive lawn area offering a safe place for younger guests to play. You'll find the full kitchen well-equipped for home cooking and there's plenty of seating between the dining table and breakfast bar. All bedrooms are located upstairs for guest privacy and convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
