This apartment includes a partially equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a TV and bedroom all overlooking our historic downtown. You must be able to climb stairs to get to this lovely second floor space.

Other things to note
There is one thermostat per floor to control the temperature. We typically have is set at 70 degrees to please most. (There are not individual apartment thermostats.) A fan or heater can be supplied if needed.
