Note: This unit is in a single-story 6-plex building with shared hallway and thin walls, please observe quiet hours. Neighborhood is not glamorous! Homeless activity in midtown area.

This is a 6-unit studio building. The walls are thin and noise from other units will be heard. We ask that you please mind the quiet hours from 10PM-9AM.

Guests have access to a parking spot, which is shared by other units in the building.

Parking is tight! Please park as close to your parking space number as possible. (Street parking is available for free, if needed for larger trucks).

I am on and around the property most every day at least once if not more. Please let me know if you need anything!

In walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops.

This is located in Spenard one of Anchorages older and more eclectic neighborhoods with unique restaurants, music venues, world famous bars and great access to the rest of Anchorage and all it has to offer!.

Note: It is common for homeless populations to be around Midtown Anchorage, and some guests have mentioned the location is not satisfactory. However, we have not had any issues with the location. For your safety and our peace of mind, we have placed surveillance cameras outside on the outside of the property and inside of the building hallway.

Although there is a mini oven in the unit, it is unavailable for use, as it will set off the alarm.
