Sea Mist wasn't the cleanest location but the room was good. Don't look for a pool; its empty & nasty looking. Outdoor & indoor pool. Only advantage is that beach is right there.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This company apparently owns multiple buildings beside each other. The property and condition of the buildings was terrible. I even talked to a resident of the building and he told me they quit paying HOA fees because they weren’t doing any up keep to the building or property. The parking was horrible and ALL of the pools were closed. On top of all of this, our room had roaches in it. The leasing company said they were going to do something for me but never did. I never heard back from them. Very disappointed. Would never come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was hands down, the worst vacation stay I've had - mostly because I didn't actually even get to stay in the condo I rented. I wasn't provided accurate address information and after calling several times, was directed to the wrong building and they reps didn't even know what floor I was supposed to be on. All of the elevators were out and after calling the office several times, as my sister and I stood in the hallway still unable to get access to the condo (rooms were all different numbers and no one knew where we were supposed to be), they sent the maintenance guy to look at the elevators, but never got back to us about how to even get into the unit. After calling no less than 15 times, I was told at least four times that a supervisor was going to call me. I never got a call from a supervisor - then their offices closed. My sister and I, after having now no lodging for the night, 900 miles away from home, had to rent a Motel 6 for the night. The following day, a customer service rep called and had no idea what was going on, promised they'd have a supervisor call me (I had asked for a refund and had already booked lodging for the remainder of my trip). They "followed up" with a text denying the refund, knowing full well we still hadn't even been able to get into the unit, and then stopped responding. I had attempted email, phone, and text and no one has reached out since then. Aside from that, the building and overall facility was disgusting. Nothing worked, it smelled awful, was very worn throughout all the halls and was very clearly a place where people go to party. The parking situation was awful (we had to park a block away). The only redeeming quality is that you can see the ocean when you're not trapped inside of a stuffy and hot hallway. I would not recommend this company or location to a dog I hated.
