Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will be turned away include:
1. Cars with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.
2. Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10-passenger or larger vehicles, or any vehicle exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. Vehicles that have been lifted or feature custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-type controls.

Pets are allowed based on their size. Please inform us in advance if you're planning to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee will apply per pet.

Pet fees are as follows based on the length of your stay:
- $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights.
- $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights.
- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more.

The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.

**GUEST VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE CHECK-IN**

To meet legal requirements and ensure property security, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification portal, and potentially undergo a background check. This information will only be used for screening purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.

All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By booking, you agree to:

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- Complete any required background checks as mandated by property management or the owner.
- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Guests are required to submit the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification requirements.
