Enjoy our cabin on 10 acres in the Rocky Mountains in the remote, but accessible town of Jefferson, CO in Park County. The cabin is about a 1.5 hr drive from Denver Airport.

The cabin offers a great opportunity for both longer and shorter getaways with excellent accessibility to busier towns AND many amenities on-site including a hot tub, an arcade, a shuffleboard, smart tvs, WiFi, board games, books, sleds, quick access to hiking trails and the Tarryall reservoir for fishing (permit required).

This rental is family-owned and managed. The cabin is on acreage in the small quiet town of Jefferson, Colorado in Park County. There are 3 levels with 2 bedrooms on the main level and the additional 2 in the basement. The loft level is a great space to hangout, play board games, read, work if you must, and take in the views!

We’ve taken the time to add great amenities on-site so that the home is a great option for Colorado locals to spend a long-weekend getaway without having to leave.

A Few Other Details:

READ CAREFULLY FOR A SMOOTH CHECK IN: Please use the orange door at the top of the deck stairs for entry/ exit. This is where you’ll need your personalized entry code. Your entry code is sent to you via messages immediately upon booking and is activated at 4pm on the day of check in and deactivated at 11am on your check out day.

You will likely lose cell reception during your drive to the cabin. Ensure that you have your directions ahead of time and please note our WiFi information, hosts cell numbers, and door code before arrival so you can connect at arrival and contact us if you need assistance.

You’ll be staying in a remote area of Colorado where you may see potentially dangerous wildlife like bears, moose, elk, bobcats, mountain lions, coyotes, etc. Please be mindful of wildlife, including never placing trash/food outside.

Please leave bidet on main floor guest bath on a trickle in the winter- the toilet pipes will freeze during the winter.


You’ll have access to all of the interior home MINUS the garage, mudroom, laundry room (available for non-routine, conservative use to week long stays or longer for an additional fee), and housekeeping closets. There are also a few locked off drawers in the bedrooms and a cabinet in the kitchen and wet bar.

Garbage bins are located near the cabin, please ensure all trash is bagged and the bins are fully closed and locked.

This is a family- owned+managed and family- friendly airbnb. We have stocked the home with family-friendly conveniences. The pack and play, high chair and booster are in the hall closet on the main floor as well as additional cleaning supplies. There are some games and toys in the basement, iclduing an arcade and shuffleboard.

The nearest grocery store is in FairPlay 30-40 minutes away- there is a small grocery store in Jefferson with limited supplies about 15 min away. (bring supplies with you for short trips to avoid grocery store runs and losing time soaking in the incredible views!), skiing in Breckenridge is about 1 hr away.

We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. We do NOT provide propane for the fire pit/ grill nor laundry detergent. Please ensure you bring your own propane in order to use the fire pit and grill if desired.

We provide 1 hot tub towel, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per guest on your reservation. If you anticipate needing more towels please plan accordingly and bring your own.

As our cabin is remote, it is on a well. We ask that you please turn off taps when not in use and conserve by limiting shower time especially in drought conditions. Because of this, we do not provide access to our laundry machines for routine use. We will allow guests staying for a minimum of 1 week to purchase access to laundry for an additional fee of $100/ week. However, please use the washer conservatively.
