## Guest Access

• Some suites do not have a lake view. A lake view can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
• All transactions at the Resort are now Cashless. Credit and/or Debit cards are required for payments for all areas of the resort.
• Recreation Center rules require children under 14 to be accompanied by an adult.
• Car recommended to enjoy area.
• The resort offers both standard lobby check-in service, as well as a curb-side option if requested.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
