Set against a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and overlooking the Salish Sea waters where Sea lions, Otters, Seals, Blue Herons, Oyster Catchers, Sail Boats and Ships silently pass by along with the occasional Orca Whale who make their graceful appearance, this is coastal living at its finest.
This home requires you to ascend 13 steps up to your private suite. This home is filled with natural light and front-row views of nature with "the eagle chair" set in the living room for perfect views of their resting spot ( see photo. ) Watch eagles perch in the treetops right from your window, or enjoy morning coffee as you spot marine life in the cove below. This home is attached to our home but in a totally separate wing so privacy and security are key for you and us!

Tucked along the coast like a hidden gem, our neighborhood is a true seaside haven. Just steps from the shore, weâre lucky to be surrounded by beaches where the waves gently lap and the air carries the soothing scent of salt and sea.
The coastline is alive with vibrant marine lifeâfrom curious seals bobbing in the surf, whales silently passing and ships asail.
Winding walking paths thread through out, offering peaceful morning strolls or golden-hour walks with the sound of gulls overhead and the sun dipping into the horizon.
High-end finishes with thoughtful design, ensure you never miss a moment of the view. Step outside and youâre just moments from everything.
We take pride in offering a sparkling clean, well equipped space that feel like a true home away from home.

In addition to the stunning ocean and mountain views one of the the most unique features in the suite is what we affectionately call the "Eagle Viewing Chair"âa perfectly placed seat in the living room, angled just right to watch bald eagles soar up into thier perch in nearby trees.
Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine, it's a front-row seat to the magic of the natural world.
