The home is located in Playa Hermosa/Jaco, the closest beach from Costa Rica's International airport in San Jose (SJO) - only 1 hour and 15 minutes away from paradise. Note that there are 3 Playa Hermosas in Costa Rica!
The property is located within a private, beautiful neighborhood with 24-hour guard service. This neighborhood is set in a lush valley surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. A multitude of tropical birds that reside here can be seen and heard daily in the trees around the property. The natural beauty of Costa Rica sunsets and beautiful tree canopy create a perfect backdrop for a unique neighborhood lifestyle!
There is easy access to the beach, approximately a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. The beach is well known by surfers for Hermosa’s consistent waves. The community has a small private playground .22 miles from the property, and a private lap pool accessible with an additional daily charge. The property is located next door to Vida Asana Yoga School, which offers daily public yoga classes.
We are located 10 minutes from Jaco beach, 55 minutes to Manuel Antonio National Park, and 20 minutes to Sueños Marina and golf course. You are close to everything you need, especially the town of Jaco Beach (downtown), where on Pastor Diaz Ave, you will find all of the restaurants, fruit stands, bars, nightclubs, yoga studios, gyms, all in one street, and you're just minutes away.
