Please be advised that Seascape Towers is currently undergoing garage construction, which will significantly impact parking availability. Only one vehicle per unit is permitted. Parking will be VERY limited between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM while workers are onsite. After 3:00 PM, when workers leave, parking should return to normal. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your outings accordingly.
Oceanfront Comfort Meets Coastal Charm in This 3rd-Floor Seascape Towers Condo
Welcome to your perfect beachfront getaway in New Smyrna Beach! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perched on the 3rd floor of the sought-after Seascape Towers, offering two private balconies—one overlooking the ocean from the living area and another connecting all three bedrooms with views of the pool and Atlantic beyond.

Down the hallway, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and dual vanities, and direct access to the bedroom balcony. Enjoy rocket launches and morning breezes from this peaceful perch. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and balcony access, while the third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and sliders to the same balcony with views of the pool and ocean. A shared hall bath with a tub/shower combo and handrails provides added convenience.
Watch the kids splash in the pool below while enjoying a relaxing moment on the balcony. This condo also includes cable TV, WiFi, books, card games, and a full-size washer and dryer. For the beach, we've got you covered with chairs, towels, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler.
Guests also enjoy access to Seascape Towers' resort-style amenities, including a seasonally heated oceanfront pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, sauna, private beach access, secure entry, and underground parking.
