This lake front vacation rental is a very special place now available for couples, family, and friends to gather and enjoy the stunning beauty of lake front living. Every detail has been considered to create a warm, welcoming getaway where you can relax and create new memories and traditions. Special offers available for offseason stays! The house is available for longer term stays including the off season. Please contact us for available exclusive offers, dates and rates. During the off season the home can be divided into two separate 1 bedroom units for rents at reduced rates. A very unique and exclusive studio hotel style suite with lake front views and in suite laundry. Please read the primary bedroom details for more information. The location is exclusive on Marble Bay. Considered to be the very best location on the lake for calm, still air and warm sheltered waters. Amazing!


​This lakefront home caters to pet friendly spaces with direct beach access and a private dock. There is also allowance and space for one RV to stay with a maximum of 3 additional people. The additional cost for an RV is $50 per person, per night.

​The spacious “Primary Bed Room”: features a lock-off door to give guests a resort style privacy with separate spaces from the main living. This suite has a similar layout to a high-end hotel room. Amazing features such as lake front views, private deck with outdoor seating, king bed, Smart TV, soaker tub and glass enclosed rain shower. The kitchenette offers its own coffee station, kitchenette appliances including fridge and freezer. The bistro table for eating will double as a work station.

The second Bedroom: features a queen bed, ample storage and closet space, big windows that fill the room with natural light. A sliding glass door leads to the deck as well with privacy blinds on all windows.

A full-size bathroom includes tub/shower combo heated floors and heated mirror. A full-size washer/dryer is located in this bathroom closet for guests to use.

The pull-out couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper and will comfortably fit 2 people. Linens for the pull-out couch are provided.

The newly built home features open concept layout, vaulted ceilings and floor - to ceiling windows filling the space with warmth and natural light. Enjoy a fun filled evening in the great room in front of the stone fireplace, playing board games, or eating popcorn and watching a movie on the Smart TV.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals and dinning in. The kitchen features standard size appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. Gather at the dining table or around the kitchen island and share a meal with family and friends.

This house is all about outdoor living, the lake front deck offers an outdoor table and chairs for dining, outdoor furniture for lounging, BBQ, and a fire bowl. The deck is set up to offer indoor - outdoor living and can be accessed from almost every room in the house. The deck boasts endless views of the lake and west coast nature.

Waterfront Details



- Guests are welcome to bring their bicycles, paddle boards, paddle boat(s) kayaks(s) canoe(s), fishing rods, and enjoy other water activities such as tubing and water skiing.


- Boats can normally be launched right off the beach but there is also boat launches for larger boats at the Marina or boat ramp next to the Weir Tower. Tubing on Cowichan Lake is a popular summer time activity, For river adventures, tubes can be rented at Tube Shack in the village and transportation is part of their rental to pick you up downstream after your adventure. In the village you will find pubs, restaurants, a bakery, grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, coffee shops, liquor store, and artisan boutiques.

All water actives are at the guest own risk. Guest must sign our Waiver and Release of Liability Document.


Additional Information:
- no additional unauthorized guests allowed without prior permission from the host
- no smoking on the property as the house is surrounded by trees and shrubs that create a potential fire hazard
- No vaping or cannabis in the house
- Respect the neighbours; No events, beach parties, weddings
- No loud music on the deck or beach
- Respect the neighbours, quiet time at 10pm
- No tenting
- During fire ban season serious penalties and fines if campfires used.

- No unapproved recreational vehicles on the property; trailers, campers
- No ATV's such as Quads, SxS, No dirt bikes
- No glass on the beach such as alcohol containers, wine bottles/glasses
- Guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ after each use, if the BBQ is dirty upon check out, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your stay

Guest will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will receive a customized door code prior to check-in.

There is ample parking on the property.
