Situated in the much sought out High-End Community Golf Community, Cobby Knob Resort. You pass directly through the Bent Creek Golf Course to get to the cabin. Tee fees are a reasonable $29-$49 depending on season and course. The Resort provides 3 swimming pools for your summer enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Enjoy this tucked away cabin on a hilltop in the much sought after Cobbly Knob mountain neighborhood in Gatlinburg, TN. Looky Yonder cabin offers two king ensuites on the main floor with an upstairs game room, with a full-size bed, twin bed with a trundle bed slid underneath and a full-size futon. For the chef of the group, cooking in this oversized open concept kitchen will bring gratification to even pickiest foodie. The cabin comes equipped with an EV charger to boot! This is a dog friendly cabin- limit 2 dogs up to 50lb.

The expansive front deck has plenty of outdoor seating to take in all of the nature surrounding the cabin. The back deck has a hot tub and huge yard to enjoy!

Looky Yonder is only 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, which is a short and lovely drive.

5 miles from the cabin is the Greenbriar entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest known for its wildflowers, butterflies, cascading waterfalls, driving and hiking trails and fishing.

About 7 miles from Looky Yonder is the 8 mile artists loop trail full of shops, galleries, studios, restaurants, candy shops and cafes where local artisans show their craftsmanship.
This 'historic 8-mile loop has been designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail. Established in 1937, these artisans whittle, paint, sew, cast, weave and carve to create original collectibles such as candles, baskets, quilts, brooms, pottery, jewelry, dolls, ceramics, scrimshaw, silversmithing, leather, stained glass, wearable fashions, fine photography, frameable art, oils and watercolors.'

**There is a $75 fee PER pet. (This fee in not included in your booking quote or when you book it. It is billed separately).**
*Hot tubs take a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
**Just a heads up: The driveway is on the steeper side, so during winter months, we recommend using a 4-wheel drive vehicle to ensure safe and easy access. We want your visit to be smooth and enjoyable- feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Dog Behavior & Liability
Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
