YmpÀri vuoden loma-asunto. ViihtyisÀ neljÀn makuuhuoneen, kolme kylpy Lake House, yksityisesti sijaitsee lÀhes 2 hehtaarin Aiken Point, jossa on oma laituri ja oma hiekkaranta. 1930-luvulla rakennettu kuin kesÀasunto varakas Massachusetts perheen, tÀmÀ talo sÀilyttÀÀ kaikki viehÀtys aikakauden, jossa kaikki modernit laitteet keittiössÀ. Se on rauhallisella (kuulet kuikkalinnuista soittaa), jÀrvinÀköala useimmista ikkunoista ja nÀkymÀt vuorille pihasta.

YlÀkerrassa on makuuhuone queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode jakaa suuri kylpyhuone makuuhuone jossa kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta. On upeat nÀkymÀt jÀrvelle ylÀkerran makuuhuonetta.

Great stay on Webster Lake

We very much enjoyed on stay on Webster Lake at this property. I would recommend this property and the only thing that we wish we knew was that the outdoor grill was not functioning. We had brought it up to the caretaker and he said he had already ordered a new grill. Other than that the location and overall home is set up very well and we very much enjoyed our time there,

Cozy old home with beautiful lake views

Very comfortable home on the lake with a resident bald eagle and the sound of loons in the background. House is very well stocked with everything needed for meals at home. Plenty of room for the whole family and the dog!

Spectacular Location

Excellent location on Webster Lake. The lake seemed clean, saw loons. The most well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and glassware ever! Very clean. An older vintage home. WiFi not high speed. Washer and dyer new. AC and tvs in all bedrooms. We didn't watch tv. Adequate hot water and pressure okay. No water toys, need to bring your own. Sandy beach and nice dock on opposite side of point. Plenty of parking. Excellent for well behaved dogs. Ours didn't want to leave! Caretakers very pleasant and helpful.

Lazy lake time

What a lovely little peninsula of paradise! We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nicely appointed with all the comforts of home. Our only complaint is that we didn't have more time to spend here! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Our family got together with a 1 yr old and a 4 year old, and the house worked out great. We did not have good weather, so that was disappointing, but we found plenty do... the house is well equipped (expect for linens and blankets, as described in the listing). Our family was very happy with the sleeping arrangements, and would happily return. The point is very private and the sandy beach is perfect for little ones. All the basics are provided and much appreciated!

A great Holiday Stay

This was our second trip to this wonderful place. It is a great place for family to meet and just have a great time. The house is like home with every amenity you need plus it just creates a great space for family events. We met our 3 adult children there and enjoyed the location but mostly just cooking and eating together, playing games and conversation. Our family makes the stay special but this home contributes in so many ways

Great Location and wonderful Home

We loved the house, there was plenty of room for 10 Adults, the open floor plan in back between the family Room and Dining Area allowed us to be all together. The Screened in Porch as well as the Sunroom area were also great. You'll have plenty of space and privacy in and around this Lakefront Home. The Caretaker and owner were easy to get ahold of and communicated everything well. You can't go wrong.

Family vacation 2022

We cannot say enough great things regarding our stay. The home was stocked with anything you could need, especially the kitchen. The beachfront was perfect for our family and the yard had enough space to also enjoy outside dining and countless corn hole games. Jim and his wife were quick to respond and as sweet as could be with all communications. We are already planning our 2023 trip!

Great House. Beautiful property

We love staying at this house. We have come up several times over the years to visit aging parents in the area so the house is very convenient. Compared to other houses we have rented in the area, this one is the best. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very clean. The view is gorgeous. It is well insulated and we stayed warm on some cold days. The house is very cozy like a warm hug. This time we had to bring our own bedding which was a lot as we used every bed. Be sure to bring mattress pads as well as there is a plastic cover on every bed that cannot be removed so sleep gets a little crunchy and sweaty with only a sheet to cover. All in all, the house is very efficient and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time there and would love to return in the summer months.

Home away from home

House was clean, great layout for our family and golden retriever. Functional space with large yard. Used it as a home base while doing day trips to ski with the kids. Would recommend as a great option for large families with a dog who want to avoid hotels.

Relaxing getaway for XMAS

Fun getaway over the holidays in a very comfortable and historic home overlooking Webster Lake. Large living room and adjoining dining area was for great for hanging out, playing games, watching movies with the family. We brought skates and hockey sticks but the lake was not frozen over yet. Very helpful property managers Jim and Carol live next door. Would definitely recommend this getaway - would be even better in the summer with all the lake activities and the big front and back yards for games.

Terrific house and great location!

Would love to rent again- well appointed, comfortable welcoming home on a beautiful lake -easy drive to lakes region and white mountains. Would love to come back an enjoy the summer season...

Very nice! Really enjoyed reading about the history of the house that’s included in the house binder. Very enjoyable stay. Quiet neighborhood and close to town. Definitely recommend!

Nice Stay

We spent the last week of June, during a heatwave at this lovely house on Webster Lake. We had stayed here about 5 years ago and there have been many updates made. The best being the addition of TV's in all the bedrooms and a large one in the Living room. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated and utilized during our stay. The house is the perfect size for larger families, since there is plenty of room to spread out. We were a family of 6 adults. The only real issue we encountered during our stay was to find that there were no blankets or comforters in any of the bedrooms. I know the listing said to bring bedding and towels but we have never had to bring our own blankets at any other cottage rental, so we only had brought sheets and therefore needed to head to Walmart to purchase some. A FYI for future guests. Otherwise it was a near perfect stay and we hope to be back in the future.

February vacation getaway

We rented this property because of its location on the lake and close to ragged Mountain. The house was exceptionally clean and stocked with kitchen supplies better than any other rental I’ve previously stayed in. Jim and Carole were both very nice and cookies upon our arrival delighted our children. We would definitely recommend this rental, and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay for 8 Adults

We rented the house for our Christmas gift to our 3 adult children and their significant others. The house is beautiful, and perfect for 8-10 people. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived! Jim and Carol were wonderful folks who were there if we needed them. The house has a rustic elegance with details mired in history. We loved learning about the history of the house and the area! Franklin is a sweet, small town and central to all activities in New Hampshire. We will certainly be back! Thank you so much!
