For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Its gated access makes for a fun and safe family environment. You get the experience of a large scale resort with the private home feeling inside the condo.
