Featuring a 60" HD smart TV you can watch from a supersize couch. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying thereâs nothing to watch. There is even a PS4 game console for fun family time.
THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped for all your culinary needs, our kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, salt. All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort.
Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
3 BATHROOMS
Fully stocked bathroom with everything you needâshampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towelsâincluding one walk-in shower for added comfort.
LAUNDRY
In-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available.
REMOTE WORKING
Private workspace with super fast 500 Gbps wi-fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy.

Your home is an entire ranch-style unit with your own private entrance, parking. There's another upper unit that does not share with you anything and have their own private entrance.

âą Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
âą Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
âą Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.
âą How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Randlett Dr,
La Mesa, CA 91942" for accurate distances.
âą Whatâs the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
âą Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
âą Howâs the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
âą Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.
âą Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.
âą 2 security cameras only. Active 24/7 to protect the home, the guests, and the hosts. The security cameras are installed outside the roof of the upper unit. Cover the driveway, grass area, and the pathway to the home
âą Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process
Key-related issues:
âą If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
