– 2 private bedrooms + 1 flex office/bedroom
– 2.5 bathrooms
– Private 1-car garage (hot tub occupies one side)
– Hot tub and self-serve cold plunge (bring ice!)

– 2GB Google Fiber Wi-Fi and Ethernet
– Full kitchen with high-end appliances
– Dedicated foldable workspace in each bedroom
